【摘要】：1970年,吳正憲初登講臺,最初是語文教師,做過多年的班主任工作。一個偶然的機會,她步入了數(shù)學(xué)教師行列,開始了兒童數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)的研究。她用心鉆研教材教法,進行了"教材改革—教學(xué)改革—考試改革"等系列改革,深得學(xué)生、教師及專家的認可;她"摸著石頭過河",不懼未知和艱辛,獨創(chuàng)"六條龍"教學(xué)法,引起了數(shù)學(xué)界對數(shù)學(xué)教材教法改革的再思考;她披荊斬棘,勇往直前,從"兒童數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)"到"兒童數(shù)學(xué)教育",完成了從"教師"到"教研員"角色的轉(zhuǎn)變。多年來,吳正憲不僅心系學(xué)生,同時心系教師。她對青年教師(特別是農(nóng)村地區(qū)教師)傾囊相授,助推了一批又一批骨干教師的進步成長。我們不僅要問:是怎樣的情結(jié),讓吳正憲投身教育事業(yè)四十余年如一日?是怎樣的精神,讓吳正憲不間斷地奮斗,樂此不疲地堅守在教學(xué)一線?又是怎樣的智慧,讓吳正憲日復(fù)一日在平凡的崗位上創(chuàng)造了一個又一個令人矚目的業(yè)績?本期人物訪談講述的就是這樣一位知性溫婉的數(shù)學(xué)教育專家的成長故事,透過其對教育人生的思考與回憶,期望能追尋吳正憲的成長軌跡,幫助大家感受其人格魅力,從中感悟作為教師的神圣使命與責任。
[Abstract]:In 1970, Wu Zhengxian first appeared as a language teacher and worked as a class teacher for many years. By chance, she stepped into the ranks of mathematics teachers and began the study of mathematics teaching for children. She carefully studied the teaching methods of teaching materials and carried out a series of reforms, such as "textbook reform-teaching reform-examination reform", which were recognized by students, teachers and experts. She "crossed the river by touching the stone" and created the "six dragons" teaching method without fear of the unknown and hardships. It has caused the mathematics circles to think again about the teaching method reform of mathematics teaching materials, and she has moved forward bravely, from "children's mathematics teaching" to "children's mathematics education", and has completed the transformation from "teacher" to "teacher". For many years, Wu Zhengxian is not only a student, but also a teacher. She gave the young teachers, especially in the rural areas, a boost to the progress and growth of a number of key teachers. We must not only ask: what kind of complex, let Wu Cheng-hsien devoted to education for more than 40 years as a day? What kind of spirit, so that Wu Zhengxian uninterrupted struggle, happy to adhere to the teaching line? What kind of wisdom, let Wu Zhengxian day after day in the ordinary posts to create one after another remarkable achievements? The person interview in this issue tells the story of the growing up of such an intellectual and gentle mathematical education expert. Through his thoughts and memories of education and life, he hopes to follow Wu Zhengxian's growth path and help everyone feel the charm of his personality. The sacred mission and responsibility of being a teacher.
