【摘要】：北京小學大連開發(fā)區(qū)華潤·海中國分校通過多種途徑,為新任教師鋪設專業(yè)成長的"快車道"。一是以"專家型教師成長工作室"為平臺,通過"播種"目標、制定規(guī)劃和專家引領啟迪,實現(xiàn)頂層設計、高位引領;二是以多元化"實訓"打根基,通過名師導航、同伴互助、教學相長,助其提升專業(yè)素養(yǎng);三是引導新任教師通過系統(tǒng)化學習,親近理論、反思總結、潛心研究,促其豐厚底蘊,不斷提升。
[Abstract]:Beijing Primary School Dalian Development Zone China Resources China Branch lays the fast track of professional growth for new teachers through a variety of channels.
