加強小學少先隊教育功能的學校管理對策研究

【摘要】:新世紀基礎教育改革和實施素質教育的客觀社會需求,對少先隊工作提出了新要求和新挑戰(zhàn)。現(xiàn)實中,小學少先隊的教育功能發(fā)揮受到了種種限制,產生了與時代特征和學生特點不相適應的現(xiàn)象。這些現(xiàn)象和問題的出現(xiàn)已經影響到小學少先隊自身社會價值和教育功能的正確發(fā)揮,表現(xiàn)為小學少先隊組織弱化;教育功能退化等,由此下去,勢必對學校的發(fā)展和學生的發(fā)展造成消極影響,這已經成為少先隊建設和學校發(fā)展過程中必須解決的問題,值得深入研究。筆者依據托馬斯·彼得斯的人本管理思想、少先隊組織教育說等管理學理論,通過歷史文獻法和調查研究法,對加強小學少先隊教育功能的學校管理對策進行探索。在總結前人研究的基礎上,請教了第一線的大隊輔導員和教育專家,確定調查問卷的三個維度,即少先隊組織建設、輔導員隊伍建設和少先隊陣地建設,設計調查問卷,區(qū)分為封閉和開放兩個部分。調查對象是:大連市西崗區(qū)21所小學的大隊輔導員和部分中隊輔導員。使用SPSS軟件對封閉問卷所獲得的信息進行統(tǒng)計與處理。對開放性問題的答案,運用逐條分類并歸納匯總的方法進行分析。調查結果顯示:1.少先隊組織建設情況,包括:學校對少先隊工作的重視和支持情況;學校少先隊工作的規(guī)范開展和特色發(fā)展情況。2.輔導員隊伍建設情況;3.少先隊陣地建設情況。針對這三方面現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題,分析其主要原因有:基層學校領導對少先隊工作重視不夠,規(guī)劃不足;少先隊輔導員自身的專業(yè)能力不強,水平不高;對少先隊小干部和少先隊員管理不規(guī)范,教育不夠;少先隊活動形式和內容較為單一,吸引力不足;少先隊活動課不能按國家規(guī)定開設,落實不到位。這些問題導致小學少先隊教育功能弱化;诖,針對性提出解決問題的學校管理對策:重視少先隊工作實施目標管理;推動少先隊輔導員工作專業(yè)化;對小學少先隊小干部和隊員進行分層教育;豐富和創(chuàng)新少先隊工作方式;將少先隊活動課與三級課程有機整合,以適應新時代少先隊工作的要求,不斷加強小學少先隊的教育功能。
[Abstract]:In the new century, the reform of basic education and the objective social demand of carrying out quality-oriented education put forward new requirements and challenges to the work of the Young Pioneers. In reality, the educational function of the Young Pioneers in primary schools is restricted by various restrictions, which does not adapt to the characteristics of the times and students. The emergence of these phenomena and problems has affected the social value and educational function of the Young Pioneers in primary schools, which is reflected in the weakening of the organization of the Young Pioneers in primary schools, the degradation of educational functions, and so on. It is bound to have a negative impact on the development of schools and students, which has become a problem that must be solved in the course of the construction of the Young Pioneers and the development of the schools, and it is worth further study. Based on Thomas Peters' humanistic management theory and the theory of organizational education of the Young Pioneers, the author explores the countermeasures to strengthen the educational function of the Young Pioneers in primary schools by means of historical literature and investigation and research. On the basis of summing up the previous studies, the author consulted the first line team counselors and education experts, determined the three dimensions of the questionnaire, namely, the organization construction of the Young Pioneers, the construction of the counselors' team and the construction of the position of the Young Pioneers, and designed the questionnaire. It is divided into two parts: closed and open. The objects of investigation were: group counsellors of 21 primary schools in Xigang District of Dalian City and part of Middle School counselors. The information obtained by closed questionnaire is analyzed and processed by SPSS software. The answers to open questions are analyzed by categorization and summarization. The result of the survey was 1: 1. The organization and construction of the Young Pioneers includes: the importance and support of the school to the work of the Young Pioneers; the development of the norms and characteristics of the work of the Young Pioneers. Counsellor team construction situation is 3. Construction of Young Pioneers' positions. In view of the existing problems in these three aspects, the main reasons are as follows: the leaders of grass-roots schools pay less attention to the work of the Young Pioneers and the planning is insufficient, the professional ability of the Young Pioneers counselors is not strong, and the level of the Young Pioneers' counselors is not high. The management of young pioneers and young pioneers is not standardized and education is not enough; the form and content of young pioneers' activities are relatively single, and the attraction is insufficient; the young pioneers' activity courses cannot be set up according to the state regulations, and the implementation is not in place. These problems lead to the weakening of the educational function of the Young Pioneers in primary schools. Based on this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems: paying attention to the work of Young Pioneers and implementing objective Management, promoting the professionalization of Young Pioneers' counselors, carrying out stratified education for junior cadres and players of the Young Pioneers in primary schools; Enriching and innovating the working style of the Young Pioneers, organically integrating the Young Pioneers' activity courses with the three-level courses, in order to adapt to the requirements of the work of the Young Pioneers in the New era, and to continuously strengthen the educational functions of the Young Pioneers in the primary schools.
