【摘要】:身為"80后"校長,注重以獨特的個性特質、思維方式,給學校帶來溫暖而積極的改變。在被"外面的聲音"、"領導的聲音"、"流行的聲音"環(huán)繞時,還要傾聽"自己的聲音"和"規(guī)律的聲音"。追求完整的教育生活,提出"培養(yǎng)幸福兒童"的育人目標。以"溫柔的堅持"潤澤教師,以欣賞的態(tài)度激勵教師,將平等民主的意識滲透到師生心中。
[Abstract]:As a "after 80" principal, pay attention to the unique personality, thinking mode, to bring warm and positive changes to the school. Listen to your own voice and regular voice when surrounded by outside sound, leadership voice, and pop voice. Pursuing a complete educational life and putting forward the educational goal of "cultivating happy children".
