上海市小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:自上海市實(shí)施二期課程改革以來,上海市體育教學(xué)無論是課程理念還是教學(xué)的具體實(shí)施,都愈加趨于合理化和多樣化,同時(shí)更加注重根據(jù)學(xué)生身心特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行針對(duì)性教學(xué)。2012年,上海市教委根據(jù)高中生的身心特點(diǎn)推出了"高中體育專項(xiàng)化"教學(xué)改革試點(diǎn)工作,取得了一定成效。同時(shí),上海市學(xué)生健康促進(jìn)工程的實(shí)施,使學(xué)生對(duì)體育學(xué)習(xí)的需求也發(fā)生變化,主要體現(xiàn)在體育功能的多元性、體育形式的興趣性、體育內(nèi)容的多樣性和體育教師的引領(lǐng)性上。學(xué)生的興趣逐漸開始受到關(guān)注,在體育教學(xué)中,不僅要注重學(xué)生身心健康發(fā)展,更要關(guān)注對(duì)學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣的激發(fā)。作為全國(guó)體育改革的先驅(qū),為加快課程革,有效銜接小學(xué)與初中的體育與健康課程,促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康發(fā)展,提高小學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣,上海市教委再一次提出了"小學(xué)興趣化、初中多樣化"改革。本研究將在上海市小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革的產(chǎn)生背景、提出緣由及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,并在林苑小學(xué)及閔行實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)進(jìn)行小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革實(shí)驗(yàn)。其中林苑小學(xué)一年級(jí)1班和3班(共67人)、二年級(jí)1班和5班(共73人)及閔行實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)五年級(jí)2班(共44人)作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,寶山進(jìn)修實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校一年級(jí)1班和2班(共60)人、二年級(jí)1班和2班(共56人)及五年級(jí)1班和2班(共63人)作為對(duì)照組,探索小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革的效果;同時(shí)對(duì)參與小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革實(shí)驗(yàn)的林苑小學(xué)4名體育教師及閔行實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)10名體育教師進(jìn)行訪談,了解小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革的具體措施及教師們對(duì)小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革的認(rèn)知,探索小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革實(shí)施效果及其成因,對(duì)小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革的進(jìn)一步實(shí)施提出建議。通過研究,得出以下結(jié)論:1.小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革實(shí)驗(yàn)因更關(guān)注學(xué)生興趣與運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的發(fā)展,在教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)手段及教學(xué)組織等方面強(qiáng)調(diào)游戲化和多樣化,有效激發(fā)了小學(xué)生的體育學(xué)習(xí)興趣,提高了小學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康水平,但在教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)方面有待改善。2.小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革實(shí)驗(yàn)中,學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康水平和體育學(xué)習(xí)興趣水平的提高均有明顯的年級(jí)效應(yīng)。具體表現(xiàn)為全面提高了五年級(jí)學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平,改善了二年級(jí)學(xué)生的身高、體重、心肺功能、靈敏素質(zhì)和一年級(jí)學(xué)生的身高與體重;有效提高了一年級(jí)與五年級(jí)學(xué)生的體育學(xué)習(xí)興趣水平,且明顯好于二年級(jí),這可能與二年級(jí)任課教師的教學(xué)行為有關(guān)。3.小學(xué)體育興趣化教學(xué)改革實(shí)驗(yàn)中,僅學(xué)生的身高與靈敏素質(zhì)存在著明顯的性別主效應(yīng)、年級(jí)與性別的交互效應(yīng),消極興趣上存在明顯的性別主效應(yīng),其他體質(zhì)健康水平與體育學(xué)習(xí)興趣指標(biāo)均不存在明顯的性別效應(yīng),這與小學(xué)生身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn)相契合。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the second phase of curriculum reform in Shanghai, both the curriculum concept and the specific implementation of physical education in Shanghai have become increasingly rationalized and diversified, and more emphasis has been placed on targeted teaching according to the students' physical and mental characteristics. In 2012, According to the physical and mental characteristics of senior high school students, Shanghai Education Commission has put forward the teaching reform pilot work of "PE Specialization in Senior Middle School", and has achieved certain results. At the same time, the implementation of the health promotion project in Shanghai has changed the students' demand for physical education, which is mainly reflected in the diversity of sports functions, the interest of sports forms, the diversity of sports contents and the guidance of PE teachers. The interest of students has been paid more and more attention. In the teaching of physical education, we should not only pay attention to the development of students' physical and mental health, but also pay attention to the stimulation of students' interest in sports. As a pioneer of national sports reform, in order to speed up the curriculum reform, effectively link the physical education and health curriculum between primary school and junior high school, promote the development of students' physical and mental health, and enhance pupils' interest in sports, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission once again put forward "Primary School interest," Junior high school diversification "reform." Based on the reform of PE interest teaching in primary schools in Shanghai, this study will apply the methods of literature, interview, experiment and mathematical statistics to the background of the reform of PE interest teaching in primary schools. The reasons and current research situation at home and abroad were summarized, and the reform experiment of PE interest teaching was carried out in Linyuan Elementary School and Minhang Experimental Primary School. Among them, class 1 and class 3 in grade 1 of Linyuan Primary School (67 students in total), Class 1 and Class 5 of Grade 2 (73 students in Grade 2) and Class 2 of Grade 5 of Minhang Experimental Primary School (44 students in total) were used as experimental groups, and classes 1 and 2 of Baoshan Experimental School of continuing Education (60 students in total), Class 1 and class 2 of grade two (56 students) and class 1 and class 2 of grade five (63 students) were used as control group to explore the effect of teaching reform of interest in physical education in primary school. At the same time, 4 PE teachers of Linyuan Elementary School and 10 PE Teachers of Minhang Experimental Primary School who participated in the experiment of PE interest teaching reform in primary school were interviewed. To understand the concrete measures of the reform of PE interest teaching in primary school and the teachers' cognition to the reform of PE interest teaching in primary school, and to explore the effect and causes of the reform of PE interest teaching in primary school. Some suggestions are put forward for the further implementation of the reform of interest in physical education in primary schools. Through research, the following conclusion is drawn: 1. The reform experiment of interest teaching in primary school physical education, because it pays more attention to the development of students' interest and sports ability, emphasizes on playing and diversification in teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching methods and teaching organization, etc. It can effectively stimulate pupils' interest in physical education and improve their physical health, but it needs to be improved in teaching evaluation. In the reform experiment of primary school physical education interest teaching, the improvement of students' physique health level and physical education learning interest level have obvious grade effect. The concrete manifestation is that the physical health level of the fifth grade students is improved comprehensively, the height, weight, cardiopulmonary function, sensitive quality of the second grade students and the height and weight of the first grade students are improved. The level of interest in physical education of students in grade one and grade five is improved effectively, and it is obviously better than that in grade two, which may be related to the teaching behavior of teachers in grade two. In the reform experiment of primary school physical education interest teaching, only the students' height and sensitive quality have obvious gender dominant effect, grade and gender interaction effect, and negative interest have obvious gender dominant effect. There was no obvious gender effect between other physical health level and physical education interest index, which coincided with the characteristics of pupils' physical and mental development.
