【摘要】:正中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院《關(guān)于加大改革創(chuàng)新力度加快農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的若干意見》(2015年1號(hào)文件)強(qiáng)調(diào),要"因地制宜保留并辦好村小學(xué)和教學(xué)點(diǎn)"。"辦好村小學(xué)和教學(xué)點(diǎn)"有兩個(gè)重要因素:一是"硬件"——物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),二是師資。其"硬件"隨著國(guó)家有關(guān)政策的落實(shí),在一二年的工夫即能得到解決,可要真正實(shí)現(xiàn)教育公平和教育平等,使農(nóng)村小學(xué)和教學(xué)點(diǎn)的孩子與城鎮(zhèn)孩子一樣同享優(yōu)質(zhì)教育,并不簡(jiǎn)單地取決于物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),而是由人——教師——所決定。當(dāng)下農(nóng)村
[Abstract]:The State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council of the Communist Party of China [CPC Central Committee] and the State Council "on strengthening reform and innovation to speed up the modernization of agriculture" (document No. 1, 2015) stressed the need to "preserve and run village primary schools and teaching sites according to local conditions."There are two important factors in running village primary school and teaching point: one is "hardware"-material foundation, the other is teachers.With the implementation of the relevant national policies, its "hardware" can be solved in a year or two. It can really achieve education equity and equality, so that children in rural primary schools and teaching points can enjoy the same quality education as children in cities and towns.It does not simply depend on the material basis, but is determined by man-teacher.Current rural areas
