【摘要】：對怒江州主體民族傈僳族的小學生思想道德現(xiàn)狀及教育對策進行研究,可以促使怒江社會對當?shù)匦W生的思想道德教育更加重視,可以豐富少數(shù)民族兒童德育理論,還可以為促進少數(shù)民族兒童德育更好地發(fā)展提供理論參考。故而很有意義。怒江州傈僳族是一個勤勞、善良,熱情好客的民族。建國后,這個民族在中國共產(chǎn)黨中央的領(lǐng)導下獲得了很大發(fā)展。在怒江良好發(fā)展的背景下,大多數(shù)傈僳族小學生的思想道德現(xiàn)狀良好,他們的良好思想道德品質(zhì)表現(xiàn)有:尊重并熱愛大自然;勤勞等。但有少數(shù)傈僳族小學生存在一些思想道德問題,比如,辯證唯物主義思想薄弱等。本民族小學生的思想道德現(xiàn)狀與當?shù)靥厥獾淖诮绦叛觥鹘y(tǒng)制度等有莫大的關(guān)系。因此,結(jié)合當?shù)貙嶋H情況分析出了有針對性的教育策略。比如學校應(yīng)當對小學生進行無神論教育等。創(chuàng)新性主要體現(xiàn)在對策分析中:首先,從核心原因出發(fā),分析出針對性的教育策略;其次,抓住了家長在小學生情感培養(yǎng)中的核心地位;再次,結(jié)合當?shù)氐膰乐匾匚?指出在國防教育問題上,一個小學生都不能落下。最后,在結(jié)論中指出學校德育教師提高德育能力的重要性及途徑。比如,教師應(yīng)當豐富和拓展德育方法;教師要了解德育相關(guān)政策規(guī)定,切實施行黨中央的德育指示;教師應(yīng)當了解傈僳族小學生的思想道德現(xiàn)狀,找出問題所在,因地制宜地促進本民族小學生的思想道德更好地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The study on the ideological and moral status and educational countermeasures of primary school students of Lisu nationality, the main nationality of Nujiang Prefecture, can promote the society of Nujiang to pay more attention to the ideological and moral education of local primary school students, and can enrich the theory of moral education of minority children.It can also provide a theoretical reference for the better development of moral education of minority children.So it makes sense.Nujiang Lisu is a hardworking, kind, hospitable nation.After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the nation developed greatly under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee.Under the background of the good development of Nujiang, the ideological and moral status of most Lisu primary school students is good, their good ideological and moral qualities are as follows: respecting and loving nature; industrious and so on.But there are a few Lisu elementary school students have some ideological and moral problems, for example, dialectical materialism weak thinking.The ideological and moral status of primary school students has great relationship with local special religious beliefs, traditional systems and so on.Therefore, combined with the actual situation of the local analysis of targeted education strategies.For example, schools should educate pupils with atheism.Innovation is mainly reflected in the analysis of countermeasures: first, from the core reasons, to analyze the targeted education strategy; secondly, to grasp the parents' core position in primary school students' emotional training; thirdly, to combine the important position of local national defense,Point out that on the issue of national defense education, a pupil can not fall behind.Finally, the paper points out the importance and ways of improving moral education ability of school moral education teachers.For example, teachers should enrich and expand their moral education methods; teachers should understand the relevant policies and regulations on moral education and earnestly implement the moral education instructions of the Party Central Committee; and teachers should understand the ideological and moral situation of pupils of Lisu nationality and find out where the problems lie.According to local conditions to promote the ideological and moral development of the nation's primary school students.
