【摘要】：作業(yè)是課堂教學(xué)的延續(xù),是數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)中必不可少的重要環(huán)節(jié)。作業(yè)既是反饋、調(diào)控教學(xué)過程的實踐活動,也是在教師的指導(dǎo)下,由學(xué)生獨立運用和親自體驗知識、技能的教育過程。“一刀切”的傳統(tǒng)作業(yè)布置方法制約了學(xué)生個體的發(fā)展,違背了新課程標準中關(guān)注學(xué)生差異性的要求。長此以往,優(yōu)秀生能力得不到提升,后進生學(xué)習吃力,嚴重影響著教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。而數(shù)學(xué)作業(yè)的分層布置和有效講評,能使學(xué)生在最近發(fā)展區(qū)得到適合自己的發(fā)展,而及時又有針對性的講評能夠使學(xué)生在第一時間得到幫助。本文采用問卷調(diào)查和案例研究的方法,以多元智能理論、因材施教理論、維果斯基的認知發(fā)展等理論為根基,對本人執(zhí)教的小學(xué)六年級學(xué)生進行數(shù)學(xué)作業(yè)分層研究,通過非智力因素的問卷調(diào)查,結(jié)合自我評價和教師審定,對學(xué)生進行動態(tài)分層。結(jié)合教學(xué)經(jīng)驗編制分層作業(yè),設(shè)計了六年級幾個單元的單元練習,總結(jié)出幾種有效的分層作業(yè)的設(shè)計策略。最后借助moodle平臺的測驗功能對作業(yè)進行批改和講評,在不斷地嘗試中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并分析其原因,總結(jié)出文字描述法、視頻演示法、在線討論法、實時講述法四種分層作業(yè)講評方法。用Camtasia Studio軟件制作微視頻,圖文聲并茂,體現(xiàn)了信息技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢,解決了分層作業(yè)講評難的問題。分層作業(yè)講評方法實施后,對學(xué)生進一步問卷調(diào)查,了解學(xué)生對分層作業(yè)及使用的信息技術(shù)平臺的看法和建議,使分層作業(yè)講評方法更加優(yōu)化。希望本研究能對一線教師有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Homework is a continuation of classroom teaching and an essential link in mathematics teaching.Homework is not only a practical activity of feedback and regulation of teaching process, but also an educational process in which students independently use and experience knowledge and skills under the guidance of teachers.The traditional assignment method of "one size fits all" restricts the individual development of students and violates the requirement of paying attention to the difference of students in the new curriculum standard.In the long run, the ability of outstanding students can not be improved, and the learning difficulty of the underachievers seriously affects the quality of education and teaching.The layering arrangement and effective comment of mathematics homework can make students get their own development in the recent development area, and timely and targeted comments can help students get help in the first time.Based on the theory of multiple intelligences, the theory of teaching according to aptitude and the cognitive development of Vygoski, this paper studies the mathematics homework of the sixth grade students.Through the questionnaire survey of non-intelligence factors, combined with self-evaluation and teacher examination, students are dynamically stratified.Based on the teaching experience, this paper designs the unit exercises of several units in grade six, and summarizes several effective strategies for the design of layered homework.Finally, with the help of the test function of the moodle platform, the paper revises and comments the homework, finds out the problems and analyzes the reasons, summarizes the text description method, the video presentation method, the online discussion method, the method of text description, the method of video demonstration and the method of online discussion.Real-time narration method: four kinds of layered operation evaluation methods.Camtasia Studio software is used to make micro video, which shows the advantages of information technology and solves the difficult problem of layered job evaluation.After the implementation of the layered homework evaluation method, a questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the students' views and suggestions on the layered homework and the information technology platform used in it, so as to optimize the layered homework evaluation method.I hope this research can be helpful to teachers.
