班級管理的“育心”之道

【摘要】:正物洗可潔,心洗則可清。人和世間其他事物最大的區(qū)別就在于"人達(dá)于精神,成于心"。而"管身"是當(dāng)前班級管理的普遍標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也是常見誤區(qū),很多班主任都把"管得嚴(yán)、學(xué)生聽話"作為班級管理成功的范本。實(shí)際上這種管理理念對于育好人、育全面的人幫助并不大。要想真正做好學(xué)生成長道路上的"引領(lǐng)者"和"護(hù)航者",需要有育心意識,在班級管理中要堅(jiān)持"育心先行,管理在后",讓學(xué)生心悅誠服
[Abstract]:Positive things can be washed clean, heart wash can be clear.The greatest difference between man and the rest of the world lies in the fact that man reaches the spirit and becomes the mind.However, "managing one's body" is a common standard and a common mistake in class management. Many class teachers regard "strict management and obedient students" as the model of class management success.In fact, this concept of management for the education of good people, the overall education of people is not much help.In order to be the "leader" and "escort" on the way of students' growth, we need to have the consciousness of educating our minds. In class management, we should insist on "education first, management behind", so that the students can be sincerely convinced.
