【摘要】：適應(yīng)個性化教學(xué)的教師行為文化存在的問題是:"教"和"學(xué)"的時間掌控問題、個體指導(dǎo)和集體指導(dǎo)分配的問題、教師對學(xué)生進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)性評價的問題、個性與共性的把握問題、小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的問題等。其影響因素在于:固有的教學(xué)思維、文化習(xí)性使然、考試文化的強(qiáng)勢存在、大班化教學(xué)的影響。進(jìn)行個性化教學(xué)教師行為文化重建,應(yīng)推進(jìn)小班化教學(xué)、校長的引領(lǐng)、考試文化的糾正、還給學(xué)生選擇的權(quán)力、促成教師個性化教學(xué)品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The problems of teachers' behavioral culture adapting to individualized teaching are: time control of "teaching" and "learning", distribution of individual and collective guidance, teachers' guiding evaluation of students, and grasping of individuality and commonness.Group cooperative learning problems, etc.The influencing factors are: the inherent teaching thinking, the cultural habit, the strong existence of the examination culture, and the influence of the large-class teaching.To reconstruct the behavioral culture of individualized teaching teachers, we should promote the small-class teaching, the principal's guidance, the examination culture's correction, and give students the right to choose, so as to promote the teachers' individualized teaching quality.
