【摘要】：新課程改革對小學教師的要求越來越高,智慧型教師成為小學教師的最佳選擇。怎樣成為一名具備教學智慧的小學教師呢?這與教學智慧養(yǎng)成的內(nèi)部、外部影響因素有關。教學智慧在科研界倍受青睞。當今學校教育和課堂教學缺少教育智慧。教育智慧是良好教育的一種品質(zhì),表現(xiàn)為教育的一種自由、和諧、開放和創(chuàng)造的狀態(tài)。1時代呼喚智慧型教師,新課程改革的對教師的要求是具備教學智慧。因此,養(yǎng)成教學智慧對于教師來講如此重要。影響教師教學智慧的養(yǎng)成有內(nèi)部因素和外部影響因素,分析文獻所得,學者對內(nèi)部因素研究很多,對外部影響因素的研究甚少。本文主要研究教師教學智慧養(yǎng)成的外部影響因素。本研究首先采用文獻法和內(nèi)容分析法對前人文獻進行分析研究,得出影響教師教學智慧養(yǎng)成的外部影響因素有:學校的影響、傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)典教學體系的影響、教育科研取向的影響、教師評價標準和考核制度的影響。其次,從實證研究層面上,采用了訪談調(diào)查法和問卷調(diào)查法,分析認為當前影響教師教學智慧養(yǎng)成的外部影響因素主要是:學校教師發(fā)展平臺,教師薪資制度,家庭,社會輿論,教育科研取向,社會環(huán)境和教研文化,教師評價和考核制度。最后,筆者結合文獻分析研究和實證研究,采用歸納法,歸納比較整理,認為影響教師教學智慧水平提升的主要外部影響因素為:學校教師發(fā)展平臺,教師薪資制度,家庭,社會輿論,教育改革和教育科研取向,教師評價和考核制度,傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)典教學體系的影響,社會環(huán)境和教研文化的影響。究其阻礙教師教學智慧養(yǎng)成的外部影響因素,筆者提出:完善學校管理制度,完善教師薪資制度,完善教師評價和考核制度,發(fā)揮好輿論引導作用,和諧家庭關系的改善策略來促進教師教學智慧的養(yǎng)成。本研究的價值在于通過找出影響小學教師教學智慧養(yǎng)成的外部影響因素以及外因如何發(fā)揮作用,旨在為小學一線教師養(yǎng)成教學智慧提供理論和實踐指導。本論文仍有進一步研究空間:影響小學教師教學智慧養(yǎng)成的外因還不夠全面,每個外部影響因素背后隱藏的深層次理論原理未被挖掘出來。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform demands more and more primary school teachers, intelligent teachers become the best choice for primary school teachers.How to become a teaching wisdom of primary school teachers?This is related to the internal and external factors influencing the cultivation of teaching wisdom.Teaching wisdom is very popular in the field of scientific research.Today's school education and classroom teaching lack of educational wisdom.Educational wisdom is a quality of good education, which is manifested as a free, harmonious, open and creative state of education. The times call for intelligent teachers. The requirement of the new curriculum reform for teachers is to possess teaching wisdom.Therefore, it is so important for teachers to develop teaching wisdom.There are internal factors and external factors that affect teachers' teaching wisdom. After analyzing the literature, scholars have studied many internal factors, but few on external factors.This paper mainly studies the external influence factors of teachers' teaching intelligence.In this study, literature method and content analysis method are used to analyze and study the previous literature, and the external factors that affect the cultivation of teachers' teaching wisdom are as follows: the influence of school, the influence of traditional classical teaching system, the influence of educational research orientation.The influence of teacher evaluation standard and evaluation system.Secondly, from the perspective of empirical research, using the method of interview investigation and questionnaire, the author thinks that the main external factors that affect the cultivation of teachers' teaching wisdom are: the development platform of school teachers, the salary system of teachers, the family, and so on.Public opinion, educational research orientation, social environment and teaching and research culture, teacher evaluation and assessment system.Finally, the author combines the literature analysis and empirical research, adopts induction method, induces and compares the main external factors that affect the improvement of teachers' teaching intelligence level: the development platform of school teachers, the teacher pay system, the family, and so on.Public opinion, educational reform and educational research orientation, teacher evaluation and assessment system, the influence of traditional classical teaching system, social environment and the influence of teaching and research culture.The author puts forward the following: perfect school management system, perfect teacher salary system, perfect teacher evaluation and assessment system, play a leading role in public opinion.The improvement strategy of harmonious family relationship promotes teachers' teaching wisdom.The value of this study lies in finding out the external factors that affect the formation of teaching wisdom of primary school teachers and how the external factors play a role in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for primary school teachers to develop teaching wisdom.There is still room for further study in this paper: the external causes that affect the cultivation of teaching wisdom of primary school teachers are not comprehensive enough, and the underlying theoretical principles hidden behind each external influence factor have not been excavated.
