聊城城區(qū)小學教師結構問題研究

【摘要】:合理的教師結構對于教師的教學水平和學生的健康發(fā)展是非常重要的,目前,隨著我國經(jīng)濟、政治和社會方面的發(fā)展,教育的步伐發(fā)展的很快,教師結構也隨之發(fā)生著很大的變化,小學教師的結構在發(fā)生變化的同時,也出現(xiàn)了很多問題。本研究通過調(diào)查目前小學教師結構的現(xiàn)實情況是怎樣的,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)小學教師結構存在的問題,針對這些問題,找出相應的解決對策,使小學教育發(fā)展的更好。本研究以聊城城區(qū)的10所小學為研究對象,從實際的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查入手,探討城區(qū)小學教師結構中存在的問題,以促進教師結構的合理發(fā)展和小學生的身心健康發(fā)展。本研究對聊城城區(qū)10所小學教師的整體狀況從性別結構、年齡結構、學科結構、職稱結構、地緣結構進行了調(diào)查,參照嘗試建構的合理標準,發(fā)現(xiàn)聊城城區(qū)小學教師結構存在以下問題:性別結構中女性化趨勢比較明顯;年齡結構不合理,中年骨干教師的比重偏低,青年教師和老年教師的比重偏高;學科結構中副科教師嚴重不足,存在結構性失衡問題;職稱結構中高級職稱的教師的比重偏少;地緣結構單一化問題等等。教師的刻板職業(yè)定向和教師職業(yè)對男性缺乏吸引力導致聊城城區(qū)小學教師性別結構失衡問題;經(jīng)濟因素的發(fā)展變化和中青年教師流失嚴重導致聊城城區(qū)小學教師年齡結構問題;教師的招聘制度和現(xiàn)行教學的課程設置導致聊城城區(qū)小學教師學科結構問題;高級職稱的指標設立導致聊城城區(qū)小學教師職稱結構問題;教師招聘制度的戶籍限制導致聊城城區(qū)小學教師地緣結構問題。解決聊城城區(qū)小學教師結構的問題,宜從提高小學教師經(jīng)濟社會地位吸引男性從教平衡教師性別結構、加大教育投入引進中年骨干教師改善教師年齡結構、校際合作增聘副科教師改善教師學科結構、調(diào)整職稱結構比例完善教師職稱結構、打破戶籍限制優(yōu)化教師地緣結構入手。
[Abstract]:A reasonable teacher structure is very important to the teaching level of teachers and the healthy development of students. At present, with the economic, political and social development of our country, the pace of education is developing very quickly.The structure of primary school teachers has also changed a lot, and many problems have appeared at the same time.By investigating the current situation of primary school teachers' structure, this study finds out the problems existing in the structure of primary school teachers, and finds out the corresponding solutions to these problems so as to make the development of primary school education better.This research takes 10 primary schools in Liaocheng city as the research object, from the actual situation investigation, discusses the existing problems in the urban primary school teacher structure, in order to promote the rational development of the teacher structure and the development of pupils' physical and mental health.This study investigates the overall situation of teachers in 10 primary schools in Liaocheng City from the aspects of gender structure, age structure, subject structure, professional title structure, geographical structure, and makes reference to the reasonable criteria to be constructed.It is found that the structure of primary school teachers in Liaocheng City has the following problems: the tendency of feminization in the gender structure is obvious, the age structure is unreasonable, the proportion of middle aged backbone teachers is low, the proportion of young teachers and old teachers is on the high side;There is a serious shortage of secondary teachers in the subject structure, there is a structural imbalance problem; the proportion of teachers with senior titles in the title structure is small; the geographical structure is unitary and so on.Teachers' stereotyped vocational orientation and teachers' lack of attraction to men lead to the imbalance of primary school teachers' gender structure in Liaocheng city, the development of economic factors and the loss of young and middle-aged teachers lead to the age structure of primary school teachers in Liaocheng district.The recruitment system of teachers and the current curriculum of teaching lead to the problem of subject structure of primary school teachers in Liaocheng district, and the establishment of the index of senior titles leads to the structure of primary school teachers' titles in Liaocheng district.The household registration restriction of teacher recruitment system leads to the geographical structure of primary school teachers in Liaocheng City.To solve the problem of primary school teacher structure in Liaocheng City, we should improve the economic and social status of primary school teachers to attract male teachers to teach and balance teachers' gender structure, and increase education investment to introduce middle-aged backbone teachers to improve teachers' age structure.In order to improve teachers' discipline structure, adjust the proportion of professional title structure and improve teachers' professional title structure, we can break the household registration limit and optimize teachers' geographical structure.
