關(guān)懷倫理氣氛對少先隊(duì)員組織認(rèn)同的影響機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:少先隊(duì)員對少先隊(duì)組織的認(rèn)同問題,是少先隊(duì)組織建設(shè)普遍面臨的難題,而少先隊(duì)組織認(rèn)同的影響機(jī)制問題又是其中最為復(fù)雜的問題。本文擇取“關(guān)懷倫理氣氛”為切入點(diǎn),試圖在此語境下,主要運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查與統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,客觀呈現(xiàn)關(guān)懷倫理氣氛之于少先隊(duì)員組織認(rèn)同的影響機(jī)制,并以此為前提,討論如何運(yùn)用關(guān)懷倫理開展少先隊(duì)員的組織認(rèn)同感教育。本研究就關(guān)懷倫理氣氛對少先隊(duì)員組織認(rèn)同的影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行了較為完整的報(bào)告。首先,在對少先隊(duì)、少先隊(duì)員、少先隊(duì)關(guān)懷倫理氣氛、少先隊(duì)員組織認(rèn)同和少先隊(duì)員組織支持感等相關(guān)概念的界定基礎(chǔ)上,對關(guān)懷倫理氣氛之于少先隊(duì)員組織認(rèn)同的影響機(jī)制的相關(guān)研究成果作了文獻(xiàn)梳理;其次,對關(guān)懷倫理理論、布朗芬布倫納的生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)理論、社會(huì)交換理論等相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)作了闡述;再次,通過對多名少先隊(duì)大隊(duì)輔導(dǎo)員和少先隊(duì)員的開放性訪談,提取了構(gòu)成問卷題項(xiàng)的有效信息,初步確定本研究的自變量、因變量、中介變量,并對各分問卷的編制做出說明,同時(shí),提出本研究的假設(shè)——少先隊(duì)員組織支持感在少先隊(duì)關(guān)懷倫理氣氛之于少先隊(duì)員組織認(rèn)同中起中介作用;最后,通過對問卷進(jìn)行預(yù)測,進(jìn)一步修正問卷的信效度后,正式開始本研究的調(diào)查、研究、分析,通過對調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)的分析以及其結(jié)果的討論,本研究的假設(shè)得到了驗(yàn)證。本研究對關(guān)懷型倫理氣氛之于少先隊(duì)員組織認(rèn)同影響機(jī)制的討論,提出并驗(yàn)證了少先隊(duì)員組織支持感在這一過程中的中介效應(yīng)。其理論意義在于:拓展了少先隊(duì)組織建設(shè)的理論研究;其實(shí)踐意義在于,為少先隊(duì)員的組織認(rèn)同提出了具體可行的建議,有利于培養(yǎng)少先隊(duì)員對組織的歸屬感,有益于促進(jìn)其實(shí)現(xiàn)政治角色與意識的社會(huì)化。
[Abstract]:The problem of the Young Pioneers' identity to the Young Pioneers Organization is a difficult problem in the construction of the Young Pioneers Organization, and the influence mechanism of the Young Pioneers Organization identity is the most complex one.In this paper, the author chooses "caring Ethical atmosphere" as the starting point and tries to use questionnaire survey and statistical analysis methods to objectively present the influence mechanism of caring ethical atmosphere on the organizational identity of Young Pioneers in this context.This paper discusses how to use caring ethics to develop the organizational identity education of Young Pioneers.This study makes a complete report on the influence of caring ethical atmosphere on the organizational identity of Young Pioneers.First of all, on the basis of defining the relevant concepts of the Young Pioneers, Young Pioneers, Young Pioneers, Young Pioneers caring Ethical atmosphere, Young Pioneers Organization identity and Young Pioneers organizational support,The related research results on the influence mechanism of caring ethical atmosphere on the organizational identification of the Young Pioneers are reviewed. Secondly, the theory of caring ethics, Bronn Finn Brenner's ecological environment system theory, is reviewed.The social exchange theory and other related theoretical basis are expounded. Thirdly, through the open interviews with many Young Pioneers counselors and Young Pioneers, the effective information of the items in the questionnaire is extracted, and the independent variables and dependent variables of this study are preliminarily determined.Intermediary variables, and the preparation of each sub-questionnaire, at the same time, proposed the hypothesis of this study-Young Pioneers organizational support in the Young Pioneers care ethical atmosphere in the Young Pioneers organizational identity play an intermediary role; finally,By predicting the questionnaire and revising the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the research investigation, research, analysis, and the discussion of the data and the results of this study are carried out, and the hypothesis of this study is verified.This study discusses the influence mechanism of caring ethical atmosphere on the organizational identity of the Young Pioneers, and proposes and verifies the intermediary effect of the sense of organizational support of the Young Pioneers in this process.Its theoretical significance lies in: it expands the theoretical research of the organization construction of the Young Pioneers, and its practical significance lies in putting forward concrete and feasible suggestions for the organizational identification of the Young Pioneers, which is conducive to the cultivation of the sense of belonging of the Young Pioneers to the organization.It is beneficial to realize the socialization of political role and consciousness.
