【摘要】：本文以北京市小學(xué)足球水平較高的回民小學(xué)為例,通過對(duì)北京市回民小學(xué)男子足球隊(duì)訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容的調(diào)查,總結(jié)隊(duì)伍在訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容方面的特點(diǎn)與不足,并探究針對(duì)性的對(duì)策,有的放矢的提高該小學(xué)男子足球隊(duì)的訓(xùn)練質(zhì)量,豐富中國青少年足球后備人才儲(chǔ)備。本文遵循提出問題—探討問題—解決問題的思路,通過對(duì)北京市回民小學(xué)男子足球隊(duì)日常訓(xùn)練的實(shí)地觀察,及對(duì)教練員、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的調(diào)查訪談,系統(tǒng)分析當(dāng)前該小學(xué)男子足球隊(duì)訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容的安排情況,旨在透過現(xiàn)象看本質(zhì),歸納、總結(jié)北京市回民小學(xué)男子足球隊(duì)訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容安排的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及存在的亟待解決的問題,這些問題是制約北京市回民小學(xué)男子足球隊(duì)整體水平和優(yōu)異成績?nèi)〉玫年P(guān)鍵因素。本研究能為北京市回民小學(xué)男子足球隊(duì)今后訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容的改革提供依據(jù),對(duì)北京市回民小學(xué)校園足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的快速發(fā)展也有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。此外,希望研究結(jié)果與結(jié)論能夠給北京市其它小學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、足球隊(duì)教練員帶來有價(jià)值的理論和參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of the training content of the men's football team of the primary school in Beijing, this paper summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the training content of the team, and probes into the targeted countermeasures, taking the Hui people's primary school with a high level of football in Beijing as an example to investigate the training content of the men's football team in Beijing.Aim to improve the training quality of the primary school men's football team, enrich the reserve of Chinese youth football reserve.This paper follows the train of thought of putting forward questions, discussing problems and solving problems, through the field observation of the daily training of the men's football team of Beijing Hui people Primary School, and the investigation and interview to coaches and athletes.This paper systematically analyzes the arrangement of the training content of the male soccer team in this primary school, in order to sum up the experience of the training content arrangement of the men's football team in the primary school of Huimin in Beijing and the problems that need to be solved urgently through the phenomenon and the essence of the training.These problems are the key factors restricting the overall level and outstanding achievement of the Beijing Hui elementary school men's football team.This study can provide the basis for the reform of the training content of the boys' football team in Beijing Hui people Primary School in the future, and also has certain practical significance for the rapid development of the football sport in the campus of the Beijing Hui people's Primary School.In addition, it is hoped that the research results and conclusions can bring valuable theoretical and reference basis to the leaders and coaches of other primary schools in Beijing.
