小學(xué)5-6年級(jí)體育課中體操類教學(xué)內(nèi)容構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:體操作為我國傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目,一直深受國家的重視,體操教學(xué)內(nèi)容作為小學(xué)體育中重要組成部分,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的不斷繁榮,小學(xué)體操并沒有隨之得到充足發(fā)展,盡管、國家出臺(tái)大量政策法規(guī),但沒有改變體操教學(xué)內(nèi)容在小學(xué)體育課中被邊緣化和在家長學(xué)生中被淡化的現(xiàn)狀。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、測(cè)試法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)小學(xué)5-6年級(jí)體操教學(xué)內(nèi)容體操教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀、教學(xué)內(nèi)容重構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究。得出了以下結(jié)論:①小學(xué)5-6年級(jí)體育課中的體操教學(xué)內(nèi)容尤其是器械類教學(xué)內(nèi)容開展現(xiàn)狀較差,主要原因在于專業(yè)器械的配備不足以及體育教師隊(duì)伍中體操專業(yè)教師占比過低而使難度大、危險(xiǎn)性高的器械類體操教學(xué)內(nèi)容難以開展。②本文構(gòu)建了5-6年級(jí)體操類教學(xué)內(nèi)容,將難度大、要求高、難以開展的單杠等器械類體操教學(xué)內(nèi)容用其他簡(jiǎn)單易行的跳繩、技巧、支撐跳躍、韻律活動(dòng)等內(nèi)容所替代,形成了新的體操類教學(xué)內(nèi)容。③通過新的體操類教學(xué)內(nèi)容在體育課中的實(shí)驗(yàn)運(yùn)用,結(jié)合對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的學(xué)生體質(zhì)的測(cè)試成績(jī)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析對(duì)比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的測(cè)試成績(jī)較對(duì)照組在1分鐘跳繩、仰臥起坐、坐位體前屈三方面有明顯提升,且實(shí)驗(yàn)組在50、50*8兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目中學(xué)生之間的差距有所減小;說明新的體操類教學(xué)內(nèi)容促進(jìn)了學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的提高④新的體操類教學(xué)內(nèi)容提高了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,大大激發(fā)了學(xué)生對(duì)體育課中體操類教學(xué)內(nèi)容學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。⑤學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的提高及學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣的增強(qiáng)反映出學(xué)校體育課教學(xué)質(zhì)量在新的體操類教學(xué)內(nèi)容實(shí)施中有較大提升,
[Abstract]:As a traditional advantage item in our country, gymnastics has always been attached great importance to by the country. As an important part of primary school physical education, gymnastics teaching content has not been fully developed along with the prosperity of economy and culture in our country, although, The state has issued a large number of policies and regulations, but has not changed the current situation that gymnastics teaching contents are marginalized in physical education in primary schools and desalinated among parents and students. This paper studies the present situation and reconstruction of gymnastics teaching content in grade 5-6 of primary school by mathematical statistics, and draws the following conclusion: the present situation of gymnastics teaching content, especially the teaching content of instrument, is poor in grade 5-6 physical education of grade 5-6 in primary school No. 1. The main reason lies in the shortage of professional equipment and the low proportion of gymnastic teachers among PE teachers, which makes it difficult to carry out the teaching contents of gymnastics of grade 5-6, which is difficult to carry out in the teaching content of instrument gymnastics of high risk. 2. Through the new gymnastics teaching content in the physical education class experiment application, unifies the statistical analysis contrast to the student's physique test result before and after the experiment, Compared with the control group, the test results of the experimental group in 1 minute rope skipping, sit-ups, sitting position forward flexion were significantly improved, and the difference between the two items in the experimental group was reduced. It shows that the new teaching content of gymnastics promotes the improvement of students' physical fitness. 4 the new teaching content of gymnastics improves the enthusiasm of students in learning. 5. The improvement of students' physical fitness and the enhancement of students' interest in learning reflect that the teaching quality of physical education in school has been greatly improved in the implementation of the new gymnastics teaching content.
