上海市語(yǔ)文特級(jí)教師高永娟的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)個(gè)案研究

【摘要】:本文選擇從個(gè)案的角度來(lái)研究教育名家的專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)歷程,以上海市語(yǔ)文特級(jí)教師高永娟作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其在小學(xué)語(yǔ)文教育教學(xué)探索方面以及自身教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié),分析了高永娟的語(yǔ)文教學(xué)特色,歸納了影響高永娟的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的主要因素,最后全面總結(jié)了高永娟的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)帶給我們的啟示,旨在發(fā)揮名師的專(zhuān)業(yè)示范和引領(lǐng)作用。本論文共分為四章:第一章緒論部分,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析,系統(tǒng)綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究成果,分析出研究教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)是未來(lái)研究教育教學(xué)的新趨勢(shì)。第二章從高永娟的代表課例分析出其課堂教學(xué)的基本特征;從教材和教法兩個(gè)方面歸納了高永娟課堂教學(xué)案例的創(chuàng)新之處。第三章詳細(xì)探討了高永娟的小學(xué)語(yǔ)文中高年級(jí)閱讀教學(xué)特色。第四章首先從縱向的角度回顧高永娟的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)歷程,將其教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程大致分為適應(yīng)階段、發(fā)展階段、創(chuàng)新階段三個(gè)階段,并分別進(jìn)行了闡述。其次分析了影響高永娟的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)外因素,并了提出了高永娟的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展帶給我們的啟示。
[Abstract]:This paper chooses to study the professional growth process of famous educators from the perspective of individual cases, taking Gao Yongjuan, a senior Chinese teacher in Shanghai, as the object of study. This paper analyzes and summarizes the exploration of primary school Chinese teaching and its teachers' professional growth, analyzes Gao Yongjuan's Chinese teaching characteristics, and sums up the main factors that affect Gao Yongjuan's teacher professional growth. Finally, it summarizes the enlightenment of Gao Yongjuan's teacher professional growth, aiming at giving play to the professional demonstration and leading role of famous teachers. This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, through the literature analysis, This paper systematically summarizes the research results of teachers' professional development at home and abroad, and analyzes that the research on teachers' professional growth is the new trend of future research education and teaching. Chapter two analyzes the basic characteristics of Gao Yongjuan's classroom teaching from Gao Yongjuan's representative lesson examples. This paper sums up the innovation of Gao Yongjuan's classroom teaching cases from two aspects of teaching materials and teaching methods. Chapter 3 discusses the characteristics of Gao Yongjuan's reading teaching in the middle and senior grade of primary Chinese in detail. Chapter 4 reviews Gao Yongjuan's reading teaching from a vertical angle. Juan's professional development of teachers, The process of teacher professional development is divided into three stages: adaptation stage, development stage and innovation stage. Secondly, it analyzes the internal and external factors that affect Gao Yongjuan's teacher professional growth. And has proposed Gao Yongjuan's teacher professional development to us the enlightenment.
