對(duì)S小學(xué)教學(xué)管理的實(shí)地研究

【摘要】:新課程改革的實(shí)施以及城鄉(xiāng)教育的均衡發(fā)展對(duì)農(nóng)村學(xué)校的教學(xué)以及管理提出了新的要求,農(nóng)村學(xué)校教育也在這一進(jìn)程中不斷發(fā)生著變化。教學(xué)作為教育的主要載體之一,離不開合理有序的管理;在新課程改革的背景下,農(nóng)村學(xué)校的教學(xué)及管理呈現(xiàn)出怎樣的狀態(tài),是值得廣大教育研究者關(guān)注的問題。本文以一所農(nóng)村小學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,采用實(shí)地研究的方式,以敘事的形式講述了這所學(xué)校在教學(xué)管理方面的真實(shí)世界,有助于我們比較客觀地認(rèn)識(shí)當(dāng)前農(nóng)村小學(xué)的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,為關(guān)注農(nóng)村小學(xué)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)教育的均衡發(fā)展做出合理的判斷與決策。從全文看,論文共包括五個(gè)部分。第一部分緒論,介紹了論文選題的緣由、意義,對(duì)教學(xué)管理以及實(shí)地研究的梳理,然后交代了選擇和進(jìn)入S小學(xué)的過程。第二部分是對(duì)S小學(xué)基本信息及其教學(xué)組織管理的陳述,以從整體上了解和把握S小學(xué)的基本情況;第三部分是對(duì)S小學(xué)具體的教學(xué)管理現(xiàn)狀的識(shí)讀,包括其課程管理、教師教的管理及學(xué)生學(xué)的管理三個(gè)方面,通過夾敘夾議的方式以發(fā)現(xiàn)其在教學(xué)管理過程中存在的問題;第四部分則從社會(huì)層面、學(xué)校層面以及教師自身層面對(duì)影響S小學(xué)教學(xué)管理的因素進(jìn)行了探析;最后一部分是針對(duì)S小學(xué)教學(xué)管理現(xiàn)狀的反思,旨在加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)其教學(xué)管理,包括重構(gòu)學(xué)校與外部環(huán)境的關(guān)系、加強(qiáng)學(xué)校教學(xué)管理的規(guī)范化建設(shè)、增強(qiáng)校長(zhǎng)的教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力以及優(yōu)化學(xué)校的師資力量等。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the new curriculum reform and the balanced development of urban and rural education have put forward new requirements for the teaching and management of rural schools, and rural school education has been constantly changing in this process. As one of the main carriers of education, teaching is one of the main carriers of education. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the situation of teaching and management in rural schools is worthy of the attention of educational researchers. This paper takes a rural primary school as the research object. Using the way of field research, this paper narrates the real world of teaching management in this school in the form of narration, which is helpful for us to understand the present teaching situation of rural primary school objectively, and to pay close attention to the teaching quality of rural primary school. From the point of view of the full text, the thesis consists of five parts. The first part introduces the reason, significance, teaching management and field research. The second part is the statement of the basic information and teaching organization and management of S primary school, in order to understand and grasp the basic situation of S primary school as a whole; The third part is to the S elementary school concrete teaching management present situation reading, including its curriculum management, the teacher teaching management and the student study management three aspects, through the way of narration in order to discover its in the teaching management process existence question; The 4th part analyzes the factors that affect the teaching management of S primary school from the social level, the school level and the teachers' level, and the last part is to reflect on the present situation of the teaching management in S primary school, aiming at strengthening and improving the teaching management. It includes reconstructing the relationship between the school and the external environment, strengthening the standardized construction of the school teaching management, strengthening the principal's teaching leadership and optimizing the teaching staff of the school.
