廣州市海珠區(qū)窩溝封閉口腔健康教育效果評價

【摘要】:目的評估窩溝封閉健康教育效果,為兒童窩溝封閉健康教育計劃和內(nèi)容的修訂提供參考。方法采用多層整群抽樣的方法,抽取了海珠區(qū)24所小學(xué)。在抽中的各小學(xué)二年級中隨機抽取1個班的學(xué)生和家長參加問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果944名家長和955名學(xué)生參加此次問卷調(diào)查,大部分被調(diào)查家長(98.62%)聽完講座后有所收獲或收獲很大,94.39%的家長能夠了解窩溝封閉的必要性,77.97%的家長表示會帶孩子做窩溝封閉,家長和學(xué)生口腔健康知識平均知曉率為86.10%和84.84%。對學(xué)生而言,學(xué)校教師和社區(qū)醫(yī)生在口腔健康知識知曉率高于口腔醫(yī)生/護士(χ2=28.739,P0.01);對家長而言,學(xué)校老師的講座效果明顯差于其他授課教師(口腔醫(yī)生/護士、社區(qū)醫(yī)生),在窩溝封閉必要性認識和是否會帶孩子去做窩溝封閉方面差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2值分別為27.469,34.47,P值均0.01)。結(jié)論窩溝封閉健康教育應(yīng)根據(jù)授課對象類型,合理選擇授課教師;社區(qū)醫(yī)生開展窩溝封閉健康教育的效果是值得肯定的。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of closed health education for children, and to provide reference for revision of the plan and content of health education for children. Methods Multi-layer cluster sampling was used. A total of 24 primary schools in Haizhu District were selected. Students and parents of one class were randomly selected from the second grade of each primary school to participate in the questionnaire. Results 944 parents and 955 students participated in the questionnaire. Most of the parents surveyed were 98.62) after listening to the lecture, 94.39% of the parents were able to understand the necessity of pit and ditch closure. 77.97% of the parents said they would take their children to do pit and ditch closure. The average awareness rates of oral health knowledge among parents and students were 86.10% and 84.84. For students, the awareness rate of oral health knowledge among school teachers and community doctors was higher than that of oral health doctors / nurses (蠂 2 + 28.739%, P 0.01); for parents, the rate of awareness of oral health knowledge was higher than that of oral health doctors / nurses (蠂 2 + 28.739%, P < 0.01). School teachers' lectures were significantly less effective than other teaching teachers (oral doctors / nurses, Community doctors said there were significant differences in understanding of the necessity of pit and fissure closure and whether they would take children to do pit and fissure sealing (蠂 ~ 2 = 27.469 ~ 34.47, P = 0.01). Conclusion the teaching teachers should be reasonably selected according to the type of teaching object in the health education of pit and fissure closure. The effect of community doctors'health education on sealant closure is worthy of recognition.
