【摘要】:筆者是一位長(zhǎng)期在教育崗位一線的工作者,發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生隨著年級(jí)的升高,學(xué)困生的數(shù)量越來(lái)越多。本文的研究目的在于從小學(xué)低段抓起,通過(guò)家庭的配合、學(xué)校教師合理的教學(xué)手段,讓學(xué)生從小學(xué)低段開(kāi)始對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)產(chǎn)生興趣,減少學(xué)困生的出現(xiàn),讓數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)不再成為他們學(xué)習(xí)中的絆腳石;通過(guò)數(shù)學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的記憶、觀察等能力。在研究的過(guò)程中,筆者首先查閱了大量有關(guān)學(xué)困生的成因及解決辦法等文獻(xiàn)資料,發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)學(xué)困生成因的分析都非常簡(jiǎn)略,數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科特點(diǎn)不明顯;解決辦法不豐富,也缺乏操作性。于是筆者在本市某小學(xué)一二年級(jí)310名學(xué)生中確定了學(xué)困生和學(xué)優(yōu)生各30名,對(duì)學(xué)困生進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和個(gè)別訪談,對(duì)學(xué)困生和學(xué)優(yōu)生的家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,提煉了小學(xué)低段學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)困難的原因,結(jié)合筆者近幾年小學(xué)低段數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),選擇了有代表性的案例,進(jìn)行了具體的案例分析,總結(jié)了一些操作性強(qiáng)、切實(shí)可行的辦法。本文分為如下部分:首先,討論了問(wèn)題的提出背景和研究意義,對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)困難和數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)困難學(xué)生進(jìn)行了界定。由于研究問(wèn)題結(jié)果的不確定性,說(shuō)明了本文研究主要采用質(zhì)性研究方法的依據(jù)。其次,查閱了有關(guān)學(xué)困生的成因及解決辦法等文獻(xiàn)資料,進(jìn)行了綜述,結(jié)合筆者一線教學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累,擬定了對(duì)學(xué)困生的問(wèn)卷,進(jìn)行調(diào)查并結(jié)合訪談;對(duì)學(xué)困生和學(xué)優(yōu)生的家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并選定幾名學(xué)困生在教學(xué)過(guò)程中對(duì)學(xué)困生學(xué)習(xí)和生活情況的具體觀察。再次,對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果、訪談情況、課堂觀察結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,從家庭、學(xué)校和個(gè)人三個(gè)方面分析了形成小學(xué)低段學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)困難的原因。最后,是切實(shí)有效的實(shí)施對(duì)策與辦法。通過(guò)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的能力入手,從家庭、學(xué)校和個(gè)人提出了一些有效的,并可供小學(xué)低段教師在教學(xué)中用到的切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策與實(shí)施辦法。
[Abstract]:The author is a worker who has been in the educational post for a long time, and finds that the number of students with learning difficulties is increasing with the increase of grade. The purpose of this study is to start at the lower level of primary school and to cooperate with the family. School teachers' reasonable teaching methods enable students to become interested in mathematics from the lower level of primary school, reduce the appearance of students with learning difficulties, and make mathematics learning no longer a stumbling block in their study; through the study of mathematics, students' memory can be cultivated. In the course of the research, the author first consulted a large number of literature about the causes and solutions of the students with learning difficulties, and found that the analysis of the causes of the students with learning difficulties is very simple, the characteristics of mathematics is not obvious, the solutions are not rich, There is also a lack of maneuverability. Therefore, the author has determined 30 students with learning difficulties and 30 excellent students from each of 310 students in the first and second grade of a primary school in this city. Questionnaires and interviews have been carried out on students with learning difficulties, and questionnaires have been conducted on parents of students with learning difficulties and students with excellent learning. This paper abstracts the reasons for the difficulty in learning mathematics of the students in the lower level of primary school, and combines with the author's experience in teaching mathematics in the low stage in recent years, selects the representative case, carries on the concrete case analysis, summarizes some operable strong, This paper is divided into the following parts: firstly, the background and significance of the problem are discussed, and the students with learning difficulties and mathematics learning difficulties are defined. The paper explains the basis of the qualitative research method in this paper. Secondly, it reviews the literature about the causes and solutions of the students with learning difficulties, and draws up a questionnaire for the students with learning difficulties, combined with the accumulation of the author's first-line teaching experience. Carry on the investigation and combine the interview; have carried on the questionnaire to the parents of the students with learning difficulties and the excellent students, and selected several students with learning difficulties to observe the learning and living conditions of the students with learning difficulties in the teaching process. Thirdly, to the investigation result, the interview situation, Based on the analysis of classroom observation results, this paper analyzes the reasons for the difficulty in learning mathematics of the students in the lower stage of primary school from three aspects: family, school and individual. Finally, it is a practical and effective way to carry out the measures and methods, starting with the cultivation of students' ability. From the family, school and individual, this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures and implementation methods which can be used in the teaching of primary school teachers in low level.
