安徽省H縣小學(xué)教師流動問題研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟改革的不斷深化,目前在教育領(lǐng)域城市、縣級、鄉(xiāng)村之間的教育不均衡問題日趨突出,特別是教師的流動性問題,已然成為影響我國教育公平的一項代表性難題,對此教育學(xué)界與政府部門給予了高度關(guān)注。本研究選取安徽省H縣小學(xué)教師流動問題作為研究對象,采用問卷調(diào)查的形式,旨在對小學(xué)教師流動的影響因素予以分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上為促進教師合理流動、減少不利影響,提供理論支撐與可操作的對策,促進教師有序、合理的流動和義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展。本論文共劃分五個章節(jié)。第一章主要介紹了研究的目的、意義、主要內(nèi)容與方法,對國內(nèi)外目前的研究進展狀況予以綜述,對研究的相關(guān)概念進行界定,并介紹相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)和論文創(chuàng)新點。第二章通過問卷與訪談?wù){(diào)查的方法對安徽省H縣現(xiàn)有的小學(xué)教師流動狀況予以分析,并得出了小學(xué)教師流動存在單方向流動不均衡、盲目化流動、利益趨向性、隱蔽性的特征,同時闡述了合理的教師流動有利于促進教育資源優(yōu)化配置和教育公平性的發(fā)展,而不合理的教師流動會造成當前教育不均衡化的問題進一步惡化。第三章在調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析了影響小學(xué)教師流動的制度性因素、學(xué)校因素、經(jīng)濟因素、教師個人因素以及其它因素。第四章以影響小學(xué)教師流動的因素為相應(yīng)的分析工具,針對H縣不合理教師流動特征中所呈現(xiàn)出的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的解決對策與建議,從教師流動相關(guān)政策法規(guī)、教師聘任管理、教育均衡發(fā)展、教師生涯體系構(gòu)建、人性關(guān)懷六個方面予以深入闡述。第五章對本論文內(nèi)容予以總結(jié),同時對未來小學(xué)教師流動研究與現(xiàn)實發(fā)展予以展望。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's market economy reform, the educational imbalance between cities, counties and villages in the field of education is becoming increasingly prominent, especially the mobility of teachers. It has become a representative problem that affects the educational fairness of our country. The pedagogy circles and government departments have paid great attention to it. This study selects the flow of primary school teachers in H County of Anhui Province as the research object, and adopts the form of questionnaire survey. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influencing factors of the flow of primary school teachers, and on this basis, to promote the rational flow of teachers, to reduce the adverse effects, to provide theoretical support and operational countermeasures, and to promote teachers' order. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the purpose, significance, main contents and methods of the research, and summarizes the current research progress at home and abroad. Define the relevant concepts of the study, and introduce the relevant theoretical basis and innovative points. Chapter two analyzes the current flow of primary school teachers in H County of Anhui Province by means of questionnaire and interview survey. At the same time, the author draws the conclusion that the flow of primary school teachers is unbalanced, blind, benefit tendency and concealment. At the same time, the reasonable flow of teachers is helpful to promote the optimal allocation of educational resources and the development of educational equity. However, unreasonable teacher mobility will further worsen the current educational imbalance. Chapter three, on the basis of investigation and analysis, deeply analyzes the institutional factors, school factors and economic factors that affect the flow of primary school teachers. Chapter 4th takes the factors that affect the flow of primary school teachers as the corresponding analysis tools, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems in the characteristics of unreasonable teachers' mobility in H County. From the following six aspects: the related policies and regulations of teacher flow, the management of teacher appointment, the balanced development of education, the construction of teacher career system, and the care of human nature, this paper is summarized in Chapter 5th. At the same time, the future of primary school teachers mobility research and the development of the prospects.
