【摘要】：文章從社會(huì)弱勢(shì)階層的視角,采用田野調(diào)查法,研究了"撤點(diǎn)并校"政策在"后撤點(diǎn)并校"時(shí)代的執(zhí)行結(jié)果。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),"撤點(diǎn)并校"政策以"經(jīng)濟(jì)效益"為主導(dǎo),脫離了政策本真與社會(huì)公正,導(dǎo)致其在山區(qū)農(nóng)村被扭曲執(zhí)行,與此同時(shí),受就近入學(xué)原則界定模糊、地方課程"不地方"、教育督導(dǎo)職能缺失等因素的影響,"后撤點(diǎn)并校"時(shí)代山區(qū)農(nóng)村小學(xué)的布局半徑過大,加重了當(dāng)?shù)匦W(xué)生的上學(xué)負(fù)擔(dān),嚴(yán)重撕裂了山區(qū)農(nóng)村的社會(huì)文化網(wǎng)絡(luò),并進(jìn)一步固化了弱勢(shì)階層的社會(huì)地位。對(duì)此,應(yīng)從政策執(zhí)行效益、課程建設(shè)及教育督導(dǎo)等方面加以改進(jìn),以促進(jìn)教育均衡,弱化社會(huì)分層,保障社會(huì)公正。
[Abstract]:From the angle of view of the social vulnerable class, this paper studies the implementation results of the policy of "withdrawal points and schools" in the era of "withdrawal points and schools" by using field investigation method. The study shows that the policy of "withdrawal points and schools together" is dominated by "economic benefits". Divorced from policy authenticity and social justice, resulting in distorted implementation in mountainous rural areas, and, at the same time, vaguely defined by the principle of proximity to school, Under the influence of local curriculum "not local" and lack of educational supervision function, the distribution radius of rural primary schools in mountainous areas was too large in the era of "withdrawal points and schools", which increased the school burden of local primary school students, and tore apart the social and cultural network of rural areas in mountainous areas seriously. It further solidifies the social status of the disadvantaged class. In order to promote the balance of education, weaken social stratification and ensure social justice, we should improve the efficiency of policy implementation, curriculum construction and educational supervision.
