【摘要】：在日益發(fā)展的知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,對老師的要求越來越高,專業(yè)能力的要求也越來越精細(xì)化。怎樣幫助新青教師快速地成長起來,成為了各個學(xué)校教育教學(xué)的重點工程之一。除了多研讀教育教學(xué)書籍,多備課,加強(qiáng)自我反思之外,最重要的一條途徑就是聽評課。聽評課是教學(xué)研究的重要手段,也是教師分析教材、研究教法,交流學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗的一種良好形式。不管是自己上公開課,還是觀摩他人的公開課,在一次次的評課會上,都是各種思想、教法的碰撞,總能從中間汲取新鮮的血液,為自己的教學(xué)所用。怎樣才能將聽評課的效率最大化,課堂觀察是近來課堂教學(xué)評價中新采用的一種方法。課堂觀察,顧名思義,就是通過觀察,對課堂的運行狀況進(jìn)行記錄、分析和研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上謀求學(xué)生課堂學(xué)習(xí)的改善,促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展的專業(yè)活動。而本文就將以小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)課堂為基礎(chǔ),調(diào)查分析小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)聽評課的現(xiàn)狀及原因,以小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)課例為載體,旨在研究課堂觀察的必要性,研究量表在課堂觀察中的重要性,及課堂觀察的面臨的問題和改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy development, the demands on teachers is more and more high, professional ability is more and more refined. How to help teachers grow up Xinqing quickly, has become one of the key projects of the school education. In addition to teaching books, read more education lessons, besides strengthening self reflection, a way the most important thing is to listen to the class. Class evaluation is an important means of teaching and research, teachers and analysis of materials, research methods, form a good learning experience. Whether their open classes, or watch open class of others, at a meeting of the class meeting, all kinds of ideas, teaching methods the collision can always draw fresh blood from the middle, for their own teaching. How to maximize the class will listen to the efficiency of classroom observation is a kind of method recently in classroom teaching evaluation. The new classroom observation, Gu The name suggests, is to observe, record the running status of the classroom, analysis and research, and on this basis to improve students' classroom learning, promote the development of teachers' professional activities. And this paper will be of primary school mathematics classroom teaching as the basis, the investigation and analysis of primary school mathematics and commentary on current situation and reasons of course, in primary school mathematics the lesson for the carrier, the necessity to study the classroom observation, the research scale of importance in the classroom observation, the facing problems and the improvement and classroom observation.
