【摘要】：天下萬(wàn)物的生長(zhǎng),都有其自身的規(guī)律,人的成長(zhǎng)更是如此。尤其是小學(xué),孩子正處在心智發(fā)育的初級(jí)階段,他們還沒(méi)有完全成為有獨(dú)立意志和社會(huì)責(zé)任的人,此時(shí)最重要的是陪伴和引導(dǎo),給孩子自然適度的教育,讓每個(gè)孩子都得到尊重和發(fā)展。為此,湖北省武昌實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)進(jìn)行了不斷的探索和實(shí)踐:校園布局盡可能多地保留原生態(tài),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生"野"而有節(jié);給學(xué)生"發(fā)泄"機(jī)會(huì),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生"瘋"而有序;實(shí)行開(kāi)放管理,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生"放"中發(fā)力;激發(fā)問(wèn)題意識(shí),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生"問(wèn)"中增智;取消書(shū)面家庭作業(yè),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生"動(dòng)"中提能。
[Abstract]:All things in the world have their own laws, especially the growth of human beings. Especially in primary school, children are at the initial stage of their mental development, and they have not yet become fully independent people with independent will and social responsibility. At this time, the most important thing is to accompany and guide the children, to educate them naturally and moderately, so that each child can be respected and developed. To this end, the experimental primary school in Wuchang, Hubei Province, has continued to explore and practice: the layout of the campus retains the original ecology as much as possible. To lead students to "wild" and disciplined; to give students the opportunity to "vent"; to guide students to "be mad" and orderly; to carry out open management and guide students to "put in" their strength; to arouse awareness of questions, to guide students to "ask questions" and to increase their intelligence; and to cancel written homework, To guide students to "move" in the promotion of energy.
