農(nóng)村小學(xué)家長課程資源開發(fā)與利用研究

【摘要】:新課程改革提出要擴(kuò)大課程資源來源和范圍,充分開發(fā)和利用校內(nèi)外一切可利用的資源。為此,學(xué)生家長作為校外課程資源的重要組成部分,必然也必須引起人們的高度重視。當(dāng)下,開發(fā)和利用一切適應(yīng)學(xué)生發(fā)展的家長課程資源,對提升學(xué)校教育效能,提高學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生自信心,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生和諧人格及豐富學(xué)校課程資源體系等方面的重要性也日益彰顯。農(nóng)村的教育發(fā)展情況對農(nóng)村社會經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)有著至關(guān)重要的作用。所以,本研究把研究對象聚焦到了農(nóng)村學(xué)校,選取寧夏銀川市月牙湖鄉(xiāng)和鎮(zhèn)北堡鎮(zhèn)的四所農(nóng)村小學(xué)的學(xué)生家長和教師為調(diào)查對象。通過問卷法和訪談法了解家長和教師對家長課程資源的認(rèn)識程度,并深入學(xué)校實(shí)地觀察農(nóng)村學(xué)校對家長課程資源的開發(fā)和利用情況。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前農(nóng)村學(xué)校家長和教師對家長課程資源內(nèi)涵認(rèn)識不清晰,缺乏課程資源意識,對家長資源關(guān)注度和重視度不夠;家長和教師能力與水平有限,開發(fā)與利用家長課程資源的方式、內(nèi)容單一,效率低;欠缺政策支持和法律保障;谝陨蠁栴},筆者在反思總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)農(nóng)村實(shí)際情況,提出適宜的解決策略,包括:家長、教師、校長層面:轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,提高對家長課程資源的認(rèn)識度和重視度;通過多種途徑,加強(qiáng)自身教育,提高開發(fā)與利用家長課程資源的能力。學(xué)校層面:組建專業(yè)團(tuán)隊,實(shí)地考察家長課程資源,建立家長課程資源寶庫,鼓勵家長積極貢獻(xiàn)自身資源。政府和教育部門層面:制定法律法規(guī),通過立法來保障家長貢獻(xiàn)自身資源的權(quán)利;建立相關(guān)組織機(jī)構(gòu),保障家長課程資源發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用。社會層面:營造健康、開放、積極的社會風(fēng)氣,發(fā)展社會經(jīng)濟(jì),提供更多的場地、物資、設(shè)備等資源滿足家長課程資源建設(shè)需要等。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform proposes to expand the source and scope of curriculum resources and fully develop and utilize all available resources within and outside the school. For this reason, parents of students as an important part of the curriculum resources outside the school. At present, the development and utilization of all parents' curriculum resources adapted to the development of students can improve the efficiency of school education, improve students' academic performance, and enhance students' self-confidence. The importance of cultivating students' harmonious personality and enriching the school curriculum resources system is also increasingly evident. The development of rural education plays an important role in the social and economic construction of rural areas. This study focuses on rural schools. The parents and teachers of four rural primary schools in Yueyanhu Township and Zhenbei Town of Yinchuan City were selected as the objects of the investigation. Through questionnaire method and interview method to understand the understanding of parents and teachers to parents' curriculum resources. And in-depth observation of the development and utilization of parents' curriculum resources in rural schools. The investigation found that parents and teachers in rural schools do not have a clear understanding of the connotation of parents' curriculum resources and lack of awareness of curriculum resources. Pay less attention to parents' resources; The ability and level of parents and teachers are limited, the way of developing and utilizing parents' curriculum resources is simple and inefficient; Lack of policy support and legal protection. Based on the above issues, the author on the basis of reflection and summary, according to the actual situation in rural areas, put forward appropriate solutions, including: parents, teachers. The principal level: change the education idea, raise the understanding degree of the parents' curriculum resources and attach importance to the degree; Through a variety of ways to strengthen their own education, improve the ability to develop and use parents' curriculum resources. School level: set up professional teams, field inspection of parents' curriculum resources, and establish parents' curriculum resources treasury. Encourage parents to actively contribute their own resources. Government and education sector level: develop laws and regulations, through legislation to protect the right of parents to contribute their own resources; Establish relevant organizations to ensure that parents' curriculum resources play their due role. Social level: create a healthy, open, positive social atmosphere, develop social economy, provide more venues and materials. Equipment and other resources to meet the needs of parents curriculum resources construction and so on.
