小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生合作意識(shí)的策略及方法研究

【摘要】:二十一世紀(jì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展,社會(huì)分工逐漸細(xì)化,人與人之間的交流與合作更為密切且重要。但是,隨時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,生活環(huán)境逐漸優(yōu)越,學(xué)生往往表現(xiàn)出以自我為中心、自私任性、合作交流意識(shí)淡薄、難以融入社會(huì)。在此境遇之下,“合作意識(shí)”開始進(jìn)入人們的視野,對(duì)于開放的世界而言,具備合作意識(shí)已經(jīng)成為人才發(fā)展必不可少的條件。小學(xué)教育屬于基礎(chǔ)教育,對(duì)學(xué)生今后的學(xué)習(xí)能力、生活習(xí)慣、道德品質(zhì)等方面具有具有重要影響,以美育促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展是最直接最有效的教學(xué)方式,得到國(guó)際知名教育機(jī)構(gòu)及權(quán)威人生的關(guān)注與認(rèn)可。美術(shù)教育作為小學(xué)教育的重要組成部分,對(duì)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)方面意義非凡,理應(yīng)承擔(dān)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生合作意識(shí)的教育使命。本文著眼于合作意識(shí),通過(guò)理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方式,研究在小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)中如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識(shí),建立合作意識(shí)培養(yǎng)體系,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在合作交流中學(xué)習(xí),提高學(xué)生的能力與素質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。首先,從理論層面對(duì)培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生的合作意識(shí)進(jìn)行探討,闡明了培養(yǎng)合作意識(shí)的必要性。然后對(duì)小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生合作意識(shí)的策略及方法進(jìn)行理論性的歸納,整理出完整的培養(yǎng)合作意識(shí)的理論體系,并根據(jù)課程類型設(shè)計(jì)具體的教學(xué)方案。最后,選擇在小學(xué)進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)學(xué)生合作意識(shí)的教學(xué)實(shí)踐,對(duì)學(xué)生的合作意識(shí)的具體情況進(jìn)行的調(diào)查并搜集數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)具體的教學(xué)實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生合作意識(shí)理論的有效性與科學(xué)性,反思與改進(jìn)教學(xué)過(guò)程中的不足并對(duì)研究成果進(jìn)行最終總結(jié)。學(xué)生合作意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)不是依靠一門學(xué)科或一個(gè)課程能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn),而是需要學(xué)校教育、家庭教育以及社會(huì)教育的整體觀念,重視培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識(shí)、重視培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的能力與素質(zhì),方能成為社會(huì)發(fā)展所需的真正人才。希望通過(guò)研究成果引起學(xué)校以至教育相關(guān)部門的關(guān)注,得到教育界學(xué)者、專家的認(rèn)可與支持,推動(dòng)小學(xué)美術(shù)教育的發(fā)展與教師教學(xué)觀念的深化,并且對(duì)美術(shù)教育培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識(shí)提供可借鑒的參考。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, with the rapid development of social economy, the social division of labor was gradually refined, and the communication and cooperation between people was closer and more important. However, with the progress of the times, the living environment was gradually superior. Students tend to show egoism, selfishness, weak sense of cooperation and communication, difficult to integrate into society. In this situation, the "consciousness of cooperation" began to enter people's vision, for the open world. A sense of cooperation has become an indispensable condition for the development of talent. Primary education belongs to basic education, which has an important impact on students' learning ability, living habits, moral quality and so on. Aesthetic education to promote the development of students is the most direct and most effective teaching method, which has received the attention and recognition of international well-known educational institutions and authoritative life. Art education as an important part of primary education. It is of great significance for the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality, and it should take on the educational mission of cultivating students' cooperative consciousness. This article focuses on the cooperative consciousness and combines theory with practice. This paper studies how to cultivate students' cooperative consciousness, establish cooperative consciousness training system, guide students to learn in cooperative communication, improve students' ability and quality, and realize students' all-round development in art teaching in primary school. This paper probes into the necessity of cultivating the cooperative consciousness of primary school students from the theoretical level, and then sums up the strategies and methods of cultivating students' cooperative consciousness in the art teaching of primary school. Collate the complete theory system of cultivating the cooperation consciousness, and design the concrete teaching plan according to the course type. Finally, choose to carry on the teaching practice of cultivating the students' cooperative consciousness in the primary school. Through the investigation of the concrete situation of the students' cooperation consciousness and the collection of data, the author tests the validity and scientific nature of the theory of the students' cooperation consciousness through the concrete teaching practice. Reflection and improvement of the shortcomings of the teaching process and the final summary of the research results. The cultivation of students' cooperative consciousness is not realized by a subject or a curriculum, but by school education. The whole concept of family education and social education attaches importance to the cultivation of students' consciousness of cooperation and to the cultivation of students' ability and quality. It is hoped that the research results will arouse the attention of the schools and even the relevant departments of education and get the recognition and support of the scholars and experts in the field of education. To promote the development of art education in primary school and deepen the teaching concept of teachers, and to provide a reference for art education to cultivate students' cooperative consciousness.
