教研活動策劃的有效性研究

【摘要】:教研活動策劃是優(yōu)化教研活動組織實施的有效保障。當前教研活動存在規(guī)劃和目標設計的"近視"現象、活動組織的"粗放"現象和活動質量的"低效"現象等問題。以教研活動策劃為切入點,完善教研活動的"造血"機制是一條有效途徑。要把握教研活動策劃的理論依據,即教研活動要以教師為本,突出關鍵問題,利用優(yōu)勢條件,優(yōu)化活動細節(jié);要把握教研活動的策劃內容,即教研活動要關注活動對象、活動目標、活動主題、活動載體、活動形式、活動流程和活動效果;要把握教研活動的策劃方法及步驟,即確定教研活動主題,選定教研活動的載體與形式,設計教研活動流程,撰寫教研活動方案,切實提高教研活動的針對性和實效性。
[Abstract]:The planning of teaching and research activities is an effective guarantee to optimize the organization and implementation of teaching and research activities. At present, there are some problems in teaching and research activities, such as "myopia" in planning and goal design, "extensive" phenomenon in activity organization and "inefficient" phenomenon in activity quality. Taking the planning of teaching and research activities as the starting point, it is an effective way to perfect the hematopoietic mechanism of teaching and research activities. It is necessary to grasp the theoretical basis of the planning of teaching and research activities, that is, the teaching and research activities should be teacher-oriented, highlight the key problems, make use of the advantages, optimize the details of the activities, grasp the planning content of the teaching and research activities, that is, the teaching and research activities should pay attention to the object of the activity, the goal of the activity, the theme of the activity, the carrier of the activity, the form of the activity, the flow of the activity and the effect of the activity. It is necessary to grasp the planning methods and steps of teaching and research activities, that is, to determine the theme of teaching and research activities, to select the carrier and form of teaching and research activities, to design the process of teaching and research activities, to write the plan of teaching and research activities, and to effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching and research activities.
