【摘要】：在高校,學(xué)生干部是大學(xué)生群體中的先進(jìn)分子,是學(xué)校教育管理工作中的主力軍,是溝通師生情感、傳遞師生信息的重要橋梁和紐帶。他們的素質(zhì)和能力水平,關(guān)系到高校人育管理的質(zhì)量。因此,培養(yǎng)和打造一支優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍尤為重要。文章擬從團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)視角探討如何加強(qiáng)學(xué)生干部的素質(zhì)與能力的培養(yǎng),以期加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè),為高校學(xué)生工作者提供必要的理論指導(dǎo)和方法借鑒。
[Abstract]:In colleges and universities, student cadres are the advanced elements in the group of college students, the main force in the school education management, the important bridge and link to communicate the emotion between teachers and students, and to transmit the information between teachers and students. Their quality and ability level, related to the quality of human education management in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is particularly important to cultivate and build an excellent contingent of student cadres. From the perspective of group psychological guidance, this paper discusses how to strengthen the quality and ability of student cadres in order to strengthen the construction of student cadres in colleges and universities, and to provide necessary theoretical guidance and methods for college student workers.
