大學(xué)生心理健康與歸因方式、主觀幸福感的相關(guān)關(guān)系及干預(yù)研究
[Abstract]:In this study, the mental health status of college students was investigated by using three scales: mental Health Self-Rating scale (SCL-90) and General Well-being scale (GWB),) multi-dimensional-multi-attribution causality scale (MMCS). Furthermore, the correlation and prediction between attribution style, subjective well-being and mental health level of college students were analyzed. OB intervention was carried out on 27% of the subjects after the data study. The results are as follows: (1) the present situation of college students' mental health level is as follows: the level of mental health water of college students is significantly lower than the national norm level, the difference of university students in gender comparison is not significant; There are differences in "interpersonal sensitivity factors" in mental health level among different grade students, differences in "anxiety" factors in mental health level among students with different majors. There was no difference in the level of mental health between the students from different places, and there were differences in interpersonal sensitivity and hostility between the only child students and the non-only child students. (2) the attribution style of college students. The results of correlation analysis of subjective well-being and mental health are as follows: "situational attribution", "luck attribution", "ability attribution" and "success attribution" in college students' attributional styles are all significantly related to SCL-90; The scores of subjective Well-being scale (SWB) of college students "satisfaction and interest in life", "melancholy or happy mood", "relaxation and tension" and "anxiety", "hostility", "terror" of SCL-90 scale, There was a significant negative correlation between interpersonal sensitivity and the total score of subjective Well-Being scale and the total average score of SCL-90. Attribution style has a very significant predictive effect on mental health. (3) the results of OB intervention study are as follows: there is no significant difference in pre-test data between experimental group and control group, and significant difference in pre-test and post-test data between experimental group and control group. There was no significant difference between pre-test and post-test data in control group, but significant difference between experimental group and control group. It shows that OB is effective to the mental health level of college students.
