[Abstract]:The head teacher is the active creator of the concrete education, not the simple operator and the passive executor; the educator, not the manager; the leader of the teaching team, not the person who serves the subject teaching simply. The above-mentioned role orientation, must require the head teacher to have the corresponding professional ability. Studying students' ability is the most important component in the structure of class teacher's professional ability.
