【摘要】：正進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,教育質(zhì)量成為各國基礎(chǔ)教育改革與發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略主題,美英等西方國家不僅增加教育投入,加大改革力度,并且加強(qiáng)了對學(xué)校辦學(xué)質(zhì)量的評估與監(jiān)控。2003年,在"不讓一個(gè)孩子掉隊(duì)"法案的影響下,美國聯(lián)邦教育部修訂"國家藍(lán)帶優(yōu)秀學(xué)校計(jì)劃",在新計(jì)劃中更加強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生在州統(tǒng)一評價(jià)中的學(xué)業(yè)成績,申報(bào)學(xué)校必須證明本校學(xué)生在州統(tǒng)考中有優(yōu)異表現(xiàn),并且表明學(xué)校能合理解釋評價(jià)數(shù)據(jù),基于評價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)改進(jìn)課程與教學(xué)、促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)成長和支持學(xué)生追求學(xué)業(yè)進(jìn)步。2005年,英國教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局在2004年兒童法
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, the quality of education has become a strategic theme for the reform and development of basic education in various countries. Western countries, such as the United States and Britain, have not only increased their investment in education and strengthened their reform efforts, but also strengthened the evaluation and monitoring of the quality of running schools. Under the "No Child left behind" Act, the Federal Department of Education has revised the National Blue Belt Excellence School Program to place more emphasis on students' academic performance in uniform state assessments.
