【摘要】:正學生有意過失,讓班級扣分,讓班主任難堪,是難以理喻的。但看似荒誕的行為中,卻揭示了當前班集體建設中一個繞不過去的命題——在"以學生為本"的語境下,我們怎么有效進行集體主義教育。一、讓學生認同班級集體在我們和學生的接觸中,撇開一些成人化的言詞背后,極大部分學生對班級的認同感來自班級對自己的幫助。如果學生感受到班級的溫馨,獲得班主任和同學的幫助,能夠在班級中有所作為,他們就會認同班級,
[Abstract]:It is inexplicable that the students are deliberately negligent, so that the class points, so that the head teacher embarrassed, is inexplicable. But in the seemingly absurd behavior, it reveals an insurmountable proposition in the current class collective construction-how can we effectively carry out collectivism education in the context of "student-oriented"? First, let the students identify with the class collective in our contact with the students, put aside some adult words behind, most of the students identify with the class from the class to their own help.
