【摘要】：正學生有意過失,讓班級扣分,讓班主任難堪,是難以理喻的。但看似荒誕的行為中,卻揭示了當前班集體建設中一個繞不過去的命題——在"以學生為本"的語境下,我們怎么有效進行集體主義教育。一、讓學生認同班級集體在我們和學生的接觸中,撇開一些成人化的言詞背后,極大部分學生對班級的認同感來自班級對自己的幫助。如果學生感受到班級的溫馨,獲得班主任和同學的幫助,能夠在班級中有所作為,他們就會認同班級,
[Abstract]:It is inexplicable that the students are deliberately negligent, so that the class points, so that the head teacher embarrassed, is inexplicable.
