農(nóng)村音體美教師“專職專任、多校兼課”的實踐探索

【摘要】:專職專任、多校兼課是指讓有限的農(nóng)村音體美教師到相鄰的兩到三所學校擔任與他們所學專業(yè)相對應(yīng)的音體美課程,進行走校上課的一種教師交流制度。太原市小店區(qū)劉家堡鄉(xiāng)中心學校的實踐表明,專職專任、多校兼課以優(yōu)化發(fā)展為前提,以交流共享為載體,致力于促進教育均衡發(fā)展和教育公平,是解決農(nóng)村小學音體美學科師資薄弱,教學資源匱乏的一條有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Full-time full-time, multi-school and concurrent teaching refers to a teacher exchange system in which a limited number of rural phonological and physical beauty teachers are assigned to two or three adjacent schools as the corresponding courses for their major. The practice of Liujiaobao Township Central School in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan City shows that full-time, multi-school and concurrent courses are based on optimization of development, exchange and sharing as carriers, and dedicated to promoting balanced development of education and educational fairness. It is an effective way to solve the shortage of teachers and teaching resources.
