【摘要】：正隨著城市化進(jìn)程的進(jìn)一步加快,大量外來(lái)人口不斷涌入城市,青浦區(qū)農(nóng)民工子女占全區(qū)學(xué)生總數(shù)的56%,已超過(guò)半數(shù)。而受種種因素影響,在未成年犯罪案件中,農(nóng)民工子女涉案所占比例呈逐年上升趨勢(shì)。加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)民工子女的法制教育已迫在眉睫。法制教育涉及面廣,工作量大,需要形成學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)齊抓共管的局面,積極探素適合學(xué)校法制教育的新路子。一、發(fā)揮學(xué)校的主導(dǎo)作用首先是要發(fā)揮學(xué)校法制教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組的導(dǎo)向作用。做到有計(jì)劃、按時(shí)組織教職工學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)法律法規(guī),并堅(jiān)持做好法制教育宣傳周、憲
