【摘要】：教師心理彈性是教師在教學(xué)過(guò)程中適應(yīng)和解決壓力、困難等不利因素的能力和人格特質(zhì)。教師心理彈性是教師延長(zhǎng)職業(yè)生涯、留在教學(xué)崗位并保持高質(zhì)量教學(xué)水平的重要條件。為考察中學(xué)教師心理彈性和離職傾向之間的關(guān)系,本研究采用《中學(xué)教師心理彈性量表》和《中學(xué)教師離職傾向量表》對(duì)426名中學(xué)教師進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):中學(xué)教師心理彈性和離職傾向之間關(guān)系密切,中學(xué)教師心理彈性得分較高,離職傾向得分較低;心理彈性與離職傾向間呈顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)。應(yīng)重視心理彈性對(duì)離職傾向的預(yù)測(cè)作用,提高教師的心理彈性,降低離職傾向,使教師以積極的態(tài)度投入工作,維持教師隊(duì)伍穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Teachers' psychological flexibility is the ability and personality of teachers to adapt and solve unfavorable factors such as pressure and difficulty in teaching. Teachers' psychological flexibility is an important condition for teachers to prolong their career, stay in teaching posts and maintain high quality teaching level. In order to investigate the relationship between middle school teachers' psychological resilience and turnover intention, 426 middle school teachers were investigated by using the Secondary School Teachers' resilience scale and the Middle School Teachers' turnover intention scale. The results show that there is a close relationship between middle school teachers' psychological resilience and turnover intention. The middle school teachers have higher scores of resilience and lower scores of turnover intention, and there is a significant negative correlation between resilience and turnover intention. We should pay attention to the predictive effect of psychological elasticity on turnover intention, improve teachers' psychological flexibility, reduce turnover intention, make teachers put into work with a positive attitude, and maintain the stability of teachers' ranks.
