教師偏心問題考察——一種教師生活史研究

【摘要】:已有"教師偏心"研究認為教師不應(yīng)該偏心,教師偏心應(yīng)該予以消除。本研究借助生活史,就排座位、偏向差生、喜歡情商較高的學生、偏心在師生互動中消長等進行分析,認為教師偏心與個人好惡、利益有關(guān),絕非僅僅是教師個人道德倫理的問題。它牽涉著教師所處的時代、歸屬環(huán)境、教師角色、師生交往;還牽涉著站在誰的立場發(fā)聲的問題。
[Abstract]:Teachers'bias has been studied that teachers should not be biased and teachers'bias should be eliminated. With the help of life history, this study analyzed the students with lower seats, preferred students with higher EQ, and eccentricity in teacher-student interaction. It was concluded that the preference of teachers was related to personal preferences and interests. It is not just a question of teachers' personal ethics. It involves teachers' time, belonging environment, teacher's role, teacher-student communication, and the question of who stands and speaks.
