【摘要】：教育的本質(zhì)應(yīng)突出教育的"人本精神",但是當(dāng)下教育場(chǎng)域內(nèi)的某些教育實(shí)踐卻偏離了人本精神的承繼。從教育縱貫發(fā)展來看,作為教育源頭的原始教育,以及"有類無教"的歷史踐行中,施教者和受教者之間話語權(quán)的分配均處于一種均衡狀態(tài),這與當(dāng)今教育話語權(quán)的不平衡而導(dǎo)致教育資源分配的異化形成了鮮明的對(duì)比。因此,重置教育話語權(quán),讓其動(dòng)態(tài)均衡并自主發(fā)展,這是"教育人本精神"得以回歸的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The essence of education should stress the humanistic spirit of education, but some educational practices in the field of education deviate from the inheriting of humanism. From the perspective of the vertical development of education, the original education as the source of education, as well as the historical practice of "there is no teaching", the distribution of the right of discourse between the teacher and the teacher is in a balanced state. This contrasts sharply with the disequilibrium of educational discourse power, which leads to the alienation of educational resources distribution. Therefore, to reset the right of educational discourse, to make its dynamic equilibrium and independent development, is an effective way to return to the spirit of humanism of education.
