【摘要】:近年來,隨著生活節(jié)奏的加快以及對(duì)教育的重視,很多父母會(huì)選擇將孩子送入水平較高的寄宿制小學(xué)讀書。適應(yīng)了這種社會(huì)需求的寄宿制小學(xué)發(fā)展迅猛,寄宿制小學(xué)生的隊(duì)伍也日益龐大。然而,鑒于這些孩子年齡小,自理能力弱,抗挫折能力有待提高等特點(diǎn),對(duì)于這個(gè)不斷壯大的群體而言,如何能夠順利的適應(yīng)寄宿制小學(xué)生活已成為一個(gè)備受家長(zhǎng)和社會(huì)關(guān)注的重要問題。 入學(xué)準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài)是指“學(xué)齡前兒童為了能夠從即將開始的正規(guī)學(xué)校教育中受益所需要具備的各種關(guān)鍵特征或基礎(chǔ)條件”。有研究指出,大約有16%-35%的適齡學(xué)前兒童尚未達(dá)到入學(xué)準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài)。鑒于此,學(xué)者們對(duì)這個(gè)群體的關(guān)注度越來越高,從各個(gè)層面對(duì)這一群體的剖析也越來越深刻。在已有的文獻(xiàn)資料當(dāng)中,已經(jīng)有作者對(duì)如何促進(jìn)適齡兒童的入學(xué)準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了研究,然而,在運(yùn)用團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)的方式促進(jìn)兒童入學(xué)準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài)方面,仍呈現(xiàn)一種空白狀態(tài)。 本研究的目的就是通過對(duì)即將進(jìn)入寄宿制小學(xué)的兒童進(jìn)行入學(xué)準(zhǔn)備團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)活動(dòng),通過一系列設(shè)計(jì)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)幕顒?dòng),使兒童在社會(huì)交往、情緒管理、言語能力等方面得到發(fā)展,讓他們?cè)谶M(jìn)入寄宿制小學(xué)之前做好相應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)備工作,以更加飽滿的精神和充足的技能準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)入寄宿制小學(xué),更加順利的適應(yīng)寄宿制小學(xué)生活。 本研究首先通過排列歸類測(cè)量的方式在即將升入寄宿制小學(xué)的兒童中選出12人作為被試,統(tǒng)一接受前測(cè)。然后對(duì)隨機(jī)方式進(jìn)入實(shí)驗(yàn)組的6人進(jìn)行每周2次,為期8次的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)活動(dòng)。余下6人作為控制組,不做任何干預(yù)。待團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)活動(dòng)結(jié)束后,所有被試接受后測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn),通過對(duì)比可以得出以下結(jié)論: 1.入學(xué)準(zhǔn)備團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)對(duì)兒童適應(yīng)寄宿制學(xué)校生活有積極效果,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后被試的量表得分有顯著下降。 2.質(zhì)性研究表明,以真實(shí)的課堂情境為準(zhǔn),在課堂中考察兒童的行為表現(xiàn),,并通過自我陳述和班主任的總結(jié)報(bào)告等綜合評(píng)定,得出入學(xué)準(zhǔn)備團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)即將進(jìn)入寄宿制小學(xué)的兒童有積極的效果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the quickening pace of life and the importance of education, many parents will choose to send their children to a higher level boarding primary school. The boarding primary school which adapts to this kind of social demand develops rapidly, and the troop of boarding primary school students is also increasing. However, in view of the small age, weak self-care ability, the ability to resist setbacks and so on, for this growing group, How to adapt to boarding primary school life smoothly has become an important issue of concern to parents and society. School readiness refers to the "key characteristics or basic conditions that preschool children need to have to benefit from the formal school education that is about to begin". Some studies show that about 16-35% of preschool children are not ready for school. In view of this, scholars pay more and more attention to this group. Among the available literature, some authors have studied how to promote the school readiness of school-age children. However, there is still a blank state in the use of group psychological counseling to promote children's school readiness. The purpose of this study is to develop children's social communication, emotional management, speech ability and so on through group counseling activities for school readiness and a series of well-designed activities for children who are about to enter boarding primary schools. So that they can prepare for the boarding primary school before entering the boarding primary school, with more full spirit and sufficient skills to prepare to enter the boarding primary school, and adapt to the boarding primary school life more smoothly. In this study, 12 children in boarding primary school were selected as subjects by arrangement and classification. Then, the 6 participants who entered the experimental group randomly conducted group counseling activities twice a week for 8 times. The remaining 6 were treated as control groups without any intervention. After the group tutoring activities are finished, all the subjects receive the post-test experiment, and the following conclusions can be drawn through the comparison: 1. Group psychological counseling for school readiness had a positive effect on children's adaptation to boarding school life, and the scale scores of the subjects decreased significantly before and after the experiment. 2. Qualitative research shows that children's behavior is investigated in the classroom based on the real classroom situation, and is evaluated by comprehensive evaluation such as self-statement and class teacher's summary report. It is concluded that group counseling for school readiness has a positive effect on children who are about to enter boarding primary schools.
