體育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展模式的研究

【摘要】:體育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展的研究是順應(yīng)我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育改革的指導(dǎo)方針,在體育教育學(xué)科領(lǐng)域內(nèi)廣泛開展的體育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展策略研究,是實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家十二五規(guī)劃綱要以及中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展綱要中對(duì)體育教育事業(yè)發(fā)展要求的重要著力點(diǎn)。從體育教師職業(yè)發(fā)展的視角和體育教師教育改革的視角對(duì)體育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展模式相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行研究對(duì)于規(guī)范我國(guó)體育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加強(qiáng)體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)與執(zhí)教能力,優(yōu)化體育教師師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),促進(jìn)體育教師教育改革都有著不可忽視的重要意義。 本文以體育教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展模式的相關(guān)要素為研究的對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法與邏輯分析法對(duì)體育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展模式的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析與研究,提出研究的結(jié)論與發(fā)展的建議。 根據(jù)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)體育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展還處在一個(gè)比較初級(jí)的階段,存在著體育教師專業(yè)化認(rèn)識(shí)有偏差、體育教師教育體系不連貫以及專業(yè)自主性低的問題。而體育教師專業(yè)化正向著教育層次與學(xué)歷的加深化、教育結(jié)構(gòu)開放化、師資隊(duì)伍專家化、資格認(rèn)證規(guī)范化、專業(yè)自主化的方向發(fā)展著。根據(jù)當(dāng)前發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀與未來(lái)的趨勢(shì),從體育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展的理念、目標(biāo)、要求、階段劃分與任務(wù)、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)與實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑等六個(gè)方面對(duì)體育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展模式做了系統(tǒng)的論述,并嘗試性的對(duì)體育教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展未來(lái)的發(fā)展提出了完善體育教師教育體系、強(qiáng)化教育理論與教學(xué)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、加強(qiáng)體育教師職業(yè)理想與職業(yè)倫理教育、增強(qiáng)體育教師專業(yè)自主性、規(guī)范體育教師資格準(zhǔn)入制度五方面的建議,以期待其能更適應(yīng)時(shí)代進(jìn)步的要求,為加快體育教師專業(yè)化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The research on the professional development of PE teachers is an extensive research on PE teachers' professional development strategies in the field of physical education, which conforms to the guiding principle of the reform of basic education in our country and is widely carried out in the field of physical education. It is an important point to realize the requirements for the development of physical education in the outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan and the medium- and long-term education reform and development program. From the perspective of the professional development of PE teachers and the perspective of PE teachers' educational reform, this paper studies the related problems of the professional development model of PE teachers in order to standardize the standards of the professional development of PE teachers in China. It is of great significance to strengthen the professional accomplishment and teaching ability of PE teachers, optimize the construction of PE teachers, and promote the reform of PE teachers' education. This paper takes the relevant elements of PE teachers' professional development model as the research object, and makes systematic analysis and research on the related problems of PE teachers' professional development model by using the method of literature, expert interview and logic analysis. The conclusion and development suggestion of the research are put forward. According to the research, the professional development of PE teachers in China is still in a relatively primary stage, there are some problems such as the deviation of professional understanding of PE teachers, the inconsistency of PE teachers' educational system and the low professional autonomy. The specialization of PE teachers is developing towards the deepening of educational level and educational background, the opening of educational structure, the specialization of teachers, the standardization of qualification certification and the independence of specialty. According to the present development situation and the future trend, from the concept, the goal, the request, the stage division and the task of the professional development of physical education teachers, This paper systematically discusses the development mode of PE teachers' specialization from six aspects, such as evaluation index and realizing way, and puts forward to perfect the system of PE teachers' education in the future development of PE teachers' professional development. To strengthen the combination of educational theory and teaching practice, to strengthen the professional ideal and professional ethics education of PE teachers, to strengthen the professional autonomy of PE teachers, and to standardize the admission system of PE teachers' qualifications. In order to expect it to adapt to the requirements of the times, it provides a theoretical basis for speeding up the development of PE teachers' specialization.
