【摘要】：當(dāng)前,教育科研重量輕質(zhì)的現(xiàn)象較為普遍,教育科研質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)仍然缺位,制約了我國(guó)教育的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。與已有的研究不同,本文試圖從國(guó)家宏觀全局出發(fā),對(duì)教育科研質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基本內(nèi)涵和頂層設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行探討,從創(chuàng)新導(dǎo)向、問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向和理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際等價(jià)值取向,基于"條件-內(nèi)容-成果"三個(gè)維度,構(gòu)建其基本框架;走出單一量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)誤區(qū),綜合運(yùn)用數(shù)量表達(dá)法、程度表達(dá)法、比較表達(dá)法、要求表達(dá)法、滿意表達(dá)法等手段,初步設(shè)計(jì)出教育科研質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:At present, the light weight of educational scientific research is common, and the quality standard of educational scientific research is still absent, which restricts the long-term development of education in China.Different from the existing research, this paper attempts to discuss the basic connotation and top-level design of the quality standard of educational scientific research from the perspective of the national macro situation, and from the value orientation of innovation orientation, problem orientation and theory combined with practice, etc.Based on the three dimensions of "conditional-content-achievement", this paper constructs its basic framework, steps out of the mistake of single quantification standard, synthetically applies quantitative expression, degree expression, comparative expression, demanding expression, satisfactory expression, etc.The evaluation index system of educational scientific research quality is preliminarily designed.
