西部L縣民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:教育培訓(xùn)產(chǎn)業(yè)在近幾年發(fā)展迅速,為提高我國(guó)的人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力起到了重要的作用。民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)作為教育培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)主體,為市場(chǎng)的繁榮和發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)崛起,形成了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展中的新型力量。近些年,我國(guó)的民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)持續(xù)繁榮,促使該行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)細(xì)分、品牌經(jīng)營(yíng)和連鎖性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展。對(duì)于西部L縣民營(yíng)教育機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展來說,要想在逐漸加劇的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,就需要合理運(yùn)用發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在有效發(fā)揮本機(jī)構(gòu)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步得到市場(chǎng)鞏固和規(guī)模擴(kuò)張,是L縣民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)需要迫切考慮的問題。因此,通過用戰(zhàn)略管理理論對(duì)L縣民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略分析研究,從市場(chǎng)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)性及機(jī)構(gòu)的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制考慮,對(duì)L縣民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)產(chǎn)業(yè)以后的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,有著重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論價(jià)值。 本文首先對(duì)民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的特征進(jìn)行了描述,分析了民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展前景,闡述了戰(zhàn)略分析對(duì)民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與發(fā)展的重要性,然后借鑒戰(zhàn)略管理的理論和模型,結(jié)合西部L縣民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),通過運(yùn)用PEST分析工具、波特五力模型分析和SWOT等特殊方式,解析了我國(guó)西部L縣縣級(jí)區(qū)域民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部條件及周邊社會(huì)環(huán)境對(duì)其發(fā)展的動(dòng)態(tài)影響因素。現(xiàn)實(shí)存在的環(huán)境條件,既有利于促進(jìn)該縣民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)產(chǎn)業(yè)做強(qiáng)、做大的利好因素,也有一些制約L縣教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)健康發(fā)展的不利因素。因此,L縣民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)該如何在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,結(jié)合自身實(shí)際情況,揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,建立系統(tǒng)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略,最終獲得市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),,成為機(jī)構(gòu)自身需要認(rèn)真梳理的戰(zhàn)略問題。 筆者試圖就文章中闡述的四種有代表性的典型戰(zhàn)略,即針對(duì)個(gè)性化群體需求創(chuàng)造特色課程實(shí)施差異化戰(zhàn)略、擴(kuò)大教育培訓(xùn)規(guī)模和效益的集中化成長(zhǎng)戰(zhàn)略、多元化連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略和構(gòu)建促進(jìn)民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的快速發(fā)展的品牌戰(zhàn)略,來作為L(zhǎng)縣當(dāng)前民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)面對(duì)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的戰(zhàn)略需要。最后,筆者在闡述這些戰(zhàn)略時(shí),結(jié)合個(gè)人實(shí)踐及根據(jù)L縣培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,以L縣6S文化培訓(xùn)中心案例分析來進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。本文試圖從企業(yè)實(shí)操角度為L(zhǎng)縣民營(yíng)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)提供具有實(shí)踐意義的機(jī)構(gòu)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略管理規(guī)劃體系。
[Abstract]:The education and training industry has developed rapidly in recent years, which has played an important role in improving the competitiveness of talents in our country. It has made important contribution to the prosperity and development of the market. The rise of the private education and training industry has formed a new force in the development of education in our country at present. In recent years, the private education and training market of our country has continued to flourish. To promote the market segmentation, brand management and chain competition development of this industry. For the development of private educational institutions in L County of West China, if we want to make great progress in the increasingly fierce market competition, we need to use the development strategy reasonably. On the basis of giving full play to the competitive advantage of this institution, it is urgent for the private education and training institutions in L County to consider the issue of market consolidation and scale expansion. Through the strategic analysis and research on the private education and training institutions in L County by using the strategic management theory, considering the long-term market and the long-term mechanism of the institutions, the sustainable and healthy development of the private education and training industry in L County has been studied. It has great practical significance and theoretical value. This paper first describes the characteristics of private education and training institutions, analyzes the current situation and development prospects of private education and training market, and expounds the importance of strategic analysis to the competition and development of private education and training institutions. Then draw lessons from the theory and model of strategic management, combine with the competition and development situation of private education and training institutions in L county of western China, through the use of PEST analysis tools, Porter's five-force model analysis and SWOT and other special ways. This paper analyzes the internal and external conditions of the development of private education and training industry at county level in L County, western China, and the dynamic influence factors of the surrounding social environment on its development. The existing environmental conditions are beneficial to the strengthening of the private education and training industry in this county. There are also some unfavorable factors that restrict the healthy development of L County educational and training institutions. Therefore, how should private education and training institutions in L County take advantage of their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses in the fierce market competition and in combination with their own actual conditions? The establishment of systematic market competition strategy and the ultimate gain of market competitive advantage have become strategic problems that need to be carefully combed out by institutions themselves. In this paper, the author tries to introduce four typical strategies, that is, to create a differentiated strategy to meet the needs of individual groups, to expand the scale and efficiency of education and training, and to develop a centralized growth strategy. The diversified chain management strategy and the brand strategy to promote the rapid development of private education and training institutions are regarded as the strategic needs of the current private education and training institutions in L County to face the market competition. Finally, the author expounds these strategies. Combined with personal practice and according to the market environment of L County training institutions, Based on the case study of 6S Cultural training Center in L County, this paper attempts to provide a practical strategic management planning system for the competition and development of private education and training institutions in L County from the angle of enterprise practice.
