大學(xué)生的壓力、情緒與心理彈性

【摘要】:目的:研究不同壓力水平下大學(xué)生積極情緒和消極情緒的關(guān)系以及心理彈性在壓力與情緒間的中介效應(yīng)。方法:選取726名大學(xué)生,用大學(xué)生壓力量表(CSS)、積極情緒和消極情緒量表(PANA)以及大學(xué)生心理彈性量表(CRS)施測,按CSS平均值將受試者分為高壓力組(CSS≥29.9分,n=325)和低壓力組(CSS29.9分,n=401)。結(jié)果:本組大學(xué)生CSS平均得分為(29.9±10.1)分。高壓力組積極情緒得分與消極情緒得分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.34,P0.001),低壓力組兩者的相關(guān)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(r=-0.06,P0.05)。心理彈性在壓力和積極情緒間起完全中介效應(yīng)(中介效應(yīng)為-0.16),在壓力和消極情緒間起部分中介效應(yīng)(中介效應(yīng)為0.09)。結(jié)論:本研究提示,保持適當(dāng)?shù)姆e極情緒和消極情緒水平有助于壓力適應(yīng);增進(jìn)心理彈性可能提升大學(xué)生壓力下的積極情緒,也可能緩解消極情緒。
