曹典球教育實(shí)踐與教育思想研究

【摘要】:曹典球是才冠三湘士林的鴻儒,更是桃李滿園的一代師尊。他是與胡元P、朱劍凡、徐特立等人齊名的近代湖南教育家群體中的一員。他一身縱橫政界、實(shí)業(yè)界、教育界,看似紛繁復(fù)雜。只因心中懷著對(duì)國(guó)家的赤子情懷,尋尋覓覓只為求一救國(guó)之道。其主要的經(jīng)歷和成就都在教育領(lǐng)域,是當(dāng)之無(wú)愧的以教育為事業(yè)的教育家。無(wú)論是“居廟堂之高”還是“處江湖之遠(yuǎn)”,他都始終以推動(dòng)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展為己任。其教育生涯涉及教育行政、高等教育、私立學(xué)校以及社會(huì)教育等,幾乎囊括了近代湖南教育的方方面面。他的教育思想中無(wú)論是學(xué)校教育思想、社會(huì)教育思想還是家庭教育思想都以救國(guó)、愛(ài)國(guó)為旨?xì)w。集中反映了時(shí)代與地域的雙重特征,有近代湖南教育家群體的群體特征,也有他個(gè)人的鮮明特色。他的教育經(jīng)歷既是近代湖南教育史的一例個(gè)案,又是近代湖南教育史的一個(gè)縮影。 本文將從救亡圖存與教育救國(guó)的時(shí)代浪潮、湖湘文化與傳統(tǒng)教育的深刻影響和維新師友與志士同仁的潛移默化三個(gè)方面分析曹典球教育思想形成的背景。而將曹典球的教育實(shí)踐按照?qǐng)鏊譃閷W(xué)校教育和社會(huì)教育,教育行政以及對(duì)湖南教育事業(yè)的扶持等方面。其中重點(diǎn)是以文藝中學(xué)為主的中等教育和以湖南高等實(shí)業(yè)學(xué)堂為主的高等教育。再運(yùn)用大量的史料,具體論述曹典球的學(xué)校教育思想、社會(huì)教育思想以及家庭教育思想。最后,通過(guò)將曹典球與近代湖南教育群體內(nèi)的其他人進(jìn)行比較,總結(jié)其群體特征,概括其個(gè)人特點(diǎn),進(jìn)而對(duì)曹典球及其教育事業(yè)進(jìn)行客觀地評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Cao Dianqiu is a great scholar of the three Xiang Schillings, and a master of Taoli Manyuan. He is a member of a group of modern Hunan educationalists who are known as Hu Yuan P, Zhu Jianfan, Xu Teli and others. He is a member of a group of modern Hunan educationalists.
