【摘要】：幸福是人生永恒的主題,是所有人的追求和需要。隨著素質(zhì)教育的深入推進(jìn),人們開始關(guān)注師生的幸福問題。教師的職業(yè)幸福感影響著學(xué)生的幸福和教育的發(fā)展。教師職業(yè)幸福感,是教師在教育教學(xué)工作中,因?yàn)樾枰靡詽M足,價值得以實(shí)現(xiàn),個體內(nèi)心對職業(yè)生活認(rèn)知評價而體驗(yàn)到的一種滿意的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。 本研究將在已有理論研究和量化研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,采用生活史的研究方法,對合作教師的職業(yè)生活進(jìn)行具體、全面、深入的探討。通過深入F中學(xué)實(shí)習(xí),和F中學(xué)周若教師建立合作關(guān)系,采用觀察、訪談、聽課、實(shí)物收集等方法來收集資料,以期能夠理解合作教師心中的職業(yè)幸福感以及影響其職業(yè)幸福感背后的緣由。希望更多的人能理解一線教師的生活,關(guān)注教師們作為人的生命和幸福體驗(yàn),探討以人為本的教育本質(zhì)。 本文包括七個部分,第一部分是緒論,討論了選題的緣由、研究問題和研究意義；第二部分是與教師職業(yè)幸福感相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)綜述,在已有的文獻(xiàn)中獲得啟示和尋找本文的研究空間；第三部分是研究設(shè)計及歷程,對本文核心概念進(jìn)行界定,建構(gòu)本文的研究架構(gòu)；介紹了研究方法和研究對象的選擇、資料收集與分析的歷程以及研究倫理；第四部分是合作教師周若老師的生命敘事,生動立體地呈現(xiàn)出她生命歷程；第五部分是對周若老師理解其職業(yè)幸福感的生活史分析,主要從她職業(yè)生活中的關(guān)鍵事件(公開課經(jīng)歷、班主任經(jīng)歷)以及影響其職業(yè)幸福感的維度(個人角度、職業(yè)角度、生活角度)來進(jìn)行分析；第六章是關(guān)于教師職業(yè)幸福感的反思和發(fā)現(xiàn),筆者提出了教師情歸何處?教師路在何方?教師該如何存在?三個問題來反思教師職業(yè)幸福感與家庭、學(xué)校和社會之間的聯(lián)系。第七章是筆者的關(guān)于本文的一些反思。希望筆者與周若老師共同講述的這個故事、或能喚起讀者的感同身受,或能喚起讀者的反思意識,從而找到某些可以參考借鑒的東西。
[Abstract]:Happiness is the eternal theme of life and the pursuit and need of all. With the development of quality education, People begin to pay attention to the happiness of teachers and students. The professional well-being of teachers affects the happiness of students and the development of education. A stable state of satisfaction experienced by an individual's inner evaluation of professional life. On the basis of the existing theoretical research and quantitative research results, this study will make a concrete, comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the professional life of cooperative teachers by using the research method of life history. Establish a cooperative relationship with teacher Zhou Ruo in F Middle School, and collect data by means of observation, interviews, lectures, physical collection, etc. I hope that more people can understand the life of first-line teachers and pay attention to the life and happiness of teachers as human beings. To explore the essence of people-oriented education. This article includes seven parts, the first part is the introduction, discusses the reason of the topic, the research question and the research significance; the second part is the literature review related to the teachers' professional well-being. The third part is the research design and course, defines the core concepts of this paper, constructs the research framework of this paper, introduces the research methods and the choice of research objects. The course of data collection and analysis and research ethics; part 4th is the life narration of teacher Zhou Ruo, a cooperative teacher, showing her life course vividly and stereoscopically; part 5th is an analysis of the life history of teacher Zhou Ruo's understanding of her professional well-being. Mainly from her professional life in the key events (open class experience, class teacher experience) and the impact of their career well-being dimensions (personal perspective, career perspective, life perspective) to analyze; Chapter 6th is about the reflection and discovery of teachers' professional well-being. Where is the teacher's way? How do teachers exist? Three questions to reflect on the relationship between teachers' professional well-being and family, school and society. Chapter 7th is the author's reflection on this article. Or can arouse the reader's introspection consciousness, thus find something that can be used for reference.
