青少年懸吊組合訓(xùn)練多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)課件的設(shè)計(jì)與制作

【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人民生活水平不斷提高。而青少年?duì)I養(yǎng)過剩,缺乏鍛煉,又導(dǎo)致青少年體能水平不斷下降。青少年堅(jiān)持參與體能訓(xùn)練,能夠助其改善體質(zhì),提高體能水平,因此近年來學(xué)者將體能訓(xùn)練研究作為一個(gè)研究重點(diǎn)。懸吊組合訓(xùn)練通過對(duì)訓(xùn)練手段的干預(yù)、同時(shí)配合其他器材進(jìn)行組合訓(xùn)練能夠有效地提高機(jī)體體能水平,使之成為了國(guó)內(nèi)新興的體能訓(xùn)練方式。而懸吊組合訓(xùn)練與先進(jìn)的教學(xué)手段相結(jié)合能夠達(dá)到很好的推廣效果,本文正是出于這樣的目的,將多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)課件引入到懸吊訓(xùn)練的推廣、傳播工作中。多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)課件具有直觀形象、互聯(lián)互動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)同時(shí)也與青少年的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)相匹配,能夠很好地展示懸吊組合訓(xùn)練的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 本文根據(jù)二者特性,,將多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)課件與懸吊組合訓(xùn)練相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)與研制集教學(xué)、訓(xùn)練、討論等于一體的,適合青少年進(jìn)行體能鍛煉的指導(dǎo)工具——懸吊訓(xùn)練多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)課件。通過該方式推出青少年體育鍛煉的新項(xiàng)目,豐富懸吊訓(xùn)練的研究,使得懸吊訓(xùn)練的推廣有據(jù)可循,同時(shí)也豐富了傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法,更好地提高青少年的體質(zhì),具有豐富的理論與實(shí)踐意義。 本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、信息研究研究、設(shè)計(jì)編輯法,對(duì)課件相關(guān)內(nèi)容資料收集并設(shè)計(jì)和編輯課件。以懸吊組合訓(xùn)練作為多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)課件的主要內(nèi)容,精心設(shè)計(jì)多種適合青少年學(xué)習(xí)的懸吊組合訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容知識(shí)與練習(xí)方法。并且使用輔助軟件進(jìn)行課件的編輯,最終設(shè)計(jì)與制作出集教學(xué)、互動(dòng)、文字、圖像、音頻、視頻等于一體的多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)課件。 研究結(jié)果表明: 1.青少年懸吊組合訓(xùn)練多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)課件在研制過程中以windows操作系統(tǒng)作為開發(fā)環(huán)境,制作軟件獲取途徑便捷,制作費(fèi)用低。制作過程相對(duì)較容易掌握,適用于高校體育專業(yè)教師開發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)多媒體課件。 2.課件從青少年認(rèn)知規(guī)律和懸吊組合訓(xùn)練的特點(diǎn)出發(fā),學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容豐富,包含懸吊訓(xùn)練起源與發(fā)展的介紹以及懸吊組合訓(xùn)練手段等眾多內(nèi)容。所有相關(guān)內(nèi)容修改方便,可以根據(jù)不同教學(xué)需求以及教學(xué)內(nèi)容的變化隨時(shí)進(jìn)行更新替換,符合青少年學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律,豐富了我國(guó)青少年體能訓(xùn)練的方式方法。 3.課件的研究在發(fā)展青少年體育,增強(qiáng)青少年體能的同時(shí)完善、推廣了懸吊組合訓(xùn)練知識(shí)體系,滿足了廣大體育愛好者以及體育工作者對(duì)體能訓(xùn)練方法手段創(chuàng)新的需求,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)手段對(duì)懸吊組合訓(xùn)練資源實(shí)現(xiàn)了最大限度的開發(fā)和共享,對(duì)全民健身公共服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)具有重要的社會(huì)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy, the standard of living of the people continues to improve, and the youth nutrition surplus, lack of exercise, which leads to the decline of the level of physical fitness of young people. Young people insist on participating in physical training. It can help them to improve their physique and improve their physical fitness. Therefore, in recent years, scholars have made the research on physical fitness training a research focus. At the same time, combined training with other equipment can effectively improve the physical ability of the body. The combination of suspension training and advanced teaching means can achieve a good promotion effect, this paper is out of this purpose. The multimedia network courseware is introduced into the promotion and dissemination of suspension training. The multimedia network courseware has the characteristics of intuitive image, interconnection and interaction, and also matches the learning characteristics of teenagers. It can well show the advantages of suspension combination training. According to their characteristics, this paper combines multimedia network courseware with suspension training, designs and develops teaching, training and discussion. The multimedia network courseware of suspension training is suitable for teenagers to conduct physical training. Through this way, a new item of physical exercise for teenagers is introduced, which enriches the research of suspension training. So that the promotion of suspension training can be followed, but also enrich the traditional teaching methods, better improve the physical fitness of young people, with rich theoretical and practical significance. This study uses the method of literature, expert interview, information research, design and editing. Collect, design and edit courseware for the relevant contents of courseware. Take suspension combination training as the main content of multimedia network courseware. Carefully design a variety of suspension training content for teenagers to learn knowledge and practice methods. And the use of auxiliary software for courseware editing, the final design and production of a collection of teaching, interaction, text, images, audio. Video is an integrated multimedia network courseware. The results show that: 1. The windows operating system is used as the development environment in the course of the development of the multimedia network courseware for the youth suspension combination training, and the way to obtain the software is convenient. The production process is relatively easy to master, which is suitable for college PE teachers to develop network multimedia courseware. 2. The courseware is based on the characteristics of teenagers' cognitive law and suspending combination training, and the learning content is rich. Including the introduction of the origin and development of suspension training as well as suspension combination training methods and many other content. All relevant content is convenient to modify and can be updated and replaced according to different teaching needs and changes of teaching content. In accordance with the learning rules of adolescent learners, it enriches the ways and methods of physical training for teenagers in China. 3. The research of courseware has promoted the knowledge system of suspending combination training while developing youth physical education and strengthening teenagers' physical ability. Meet the majority of sports enthusiasts and sports workers to the physical training methods and means of innovation, through the network technology to the suspension combination of training resources to achieve maximum development and sharing. It has important social value for the construction of public service system of national fitness.
