【摘要】：與課程管理重在課程實(shí)施不同,課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)則重在課程創(chuàng)造。由于課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)往往是在課程理念指導(dǎo)下對(duì)課程制度的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),因此對(duì)學(xué)校而言,進(jìn)行課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的必要前提是實(shí)現(xiàn)校長的理念轉(zhuǎn)型。這一轉(zhuǎn)型至少應(yīng)包括以下四個(gè)方面:主動(dòng)尋求課程變革的機(jī)會(huì),而不是被動(dòng)等待變革的指令;充分發(fā)揮學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)威以引導(dǎo)教師做正確的事,而不是憑借行政權(quán)力要求教師正確地做事;重新分配權(quán)力和權(quán)威以充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)校中每位教師的創(chuàng)造性,而不是把自認(rèn)為有創(chuàng)造性的想法和做法強(qiáng)加給教師并讓其去執(zhí)行;鼓勵(lì)教師在不違反規(guī)定的前提下做更有意義的事,而不是限定教師只能做規(guī)定許可之事。
[Abstract]:Different from curriculum management, curriculum leadership focuses on curriculum creation. Because curriculum leadership is often guided by curriculum concept, it is the leadership of curriculum system, so it is important for schools. The essential premise of curriculum leadership is to realize the transformation of the principal's concept, which should include at least the following four aspects: actively seeking opportunities for curriculum change, rather than passively waiting for the instruction of reform; Give full play to academic authority to guide teachers to do the right thing, rather than relying on administrative power to ask teachers to do things correctly; (a) redistribute power and authority to fully mobilize the creativity of every teacher in the school, rather than imposing and implementing ideas and practices that are perceived to be creative; Teachers are encouraged to do more meaningful things without violating the rules, rather than limiting them to what is permitted.
