【摘要】：正工業(yè)革命對于一個國家歷史的影響具有決定意義,歷史上每一次工業(yè)革命都會重塑全球產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭格局。中國失去了前兩次工業(yè)革命的發(fā)展機遇,再也不應(yīng)該失去第三次工業(yè)革命的發(fā)展機會了。能否準(zhǔn)確把握第三次工業(yè)革命的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,是我們能否清醒而不失時機地把握好時代發(fā)展脈搏,跟上第三次工業(yè)革命步伐的前提和基礎(chǔ)。綜合目前為止相關(guān)論述,對第三次工業(yè)革命的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,可作如下思考:
[Abstract]:The impact of the industrial revolution on the history of a country is of decisive significance. Every industrial revolution in history will reshape the global industrial competition pattern. China has lost the development opportunities of the previous two industrial revolutions. We should not lose the development opportunity of the third Industrial Revolution any more. Whether we can grasp the essence of the third Industrial Revolution accurately is whether we can grasp the pulse of the development of the times soberly and at the same time. The premise and foundation of keeping up with the pace of the third Industrial Revolution. Synthesizing the relevant expositions so far, we can think about the essence of the third Industrial Revolution as follows:
