【摘要】：在個(gè)性彰顯與共同創(chuàng)造的Web 2.0時(shí)代,發(fā)展與時(shí)代接軌的干部網(wǎng)上學(xué)習(xí)策略,將是有效提升我國干部復(fù)合認(rèn)知能力、促進(jìn)組織可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必經(jīng)之路。本文從新時(shí)期干部網(wǎng)上學(xué)習(xí)需求和問題辨析出發(fā),以先進(jìn)的學(xué)習(xí)理論為指引,探討一套適應(yīng)于我國黨政機(jī)關(guān)、大型企事業(yè)單位、黨校、行政學(xué)院和干部學(xué)院的Web2.0技術(shù)支持的干部網(wǎng)上學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)展策略,如"組建虛擬探討團(tuán)隊(duì)"、"創(chuàng)建個(gè)性化虛擬空間"和"激勵(lì)主動(dòng)性發(fā)表"等。隨后,文章還深入探討了包括"決策人"、"政策"和"評估"等創(chuàng)新型干部網(wǎng)上學(xué)習(xí)策略實(shí)施保障體系。
[Abstract]:The individuality and co create the Web 2 era, cadres online learning strategy in line with the times, will effectively enhance our cadres composite cognitive ability, promote the sustainable development of the organization, the only way which must be passed. In this paper, learning from the new era needs and problems of cadres online, with advanced learning theory as a guide, to explore a set of suitable for our party and government organs, large enterprises, Party school, Web2.0 technical support cadres online learning strategy and College Administrative Cadre Institute, such as "virtual study team", "create a personalized virtual space" and "incentive initiative publication". Subsequently, the article also discussed including "decision making", "policy" and "evaluation" and other innovative cadres online learning strategy implementation of the security system.
