【摘要】:當前,青少年思想道德素質的低下不斷把德育實效性問題推向社會輿論的風口浪尖。本文試圖從文化視角去探討青少年德育實效性問題。一方面,針對我國青少年德育實效性持續(xù)低下的現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)地指出制約實效性的學校內外環(huán)境主體;另一方面,提出多項對策建構新的德育內容體系,使德育實效性在多元文化背景下得到提高。 本文共分為三個部分:第一部分介紹青少年德育的含義與特點,明確青少年德育實效性的概念及評判主體,對社會、家庭和學校影響青少年德育實效性的高低予以論證;第二部分界定文化、多元文化的含義,分析多元文化形成的背景、成因和特點,從有利與不利兩方面闡釋多元文化對青少年實效性的影響,,重點分析因多元文化沖突而出現(xiàn)了青少年道德標準多元化,傳統(tǒng)道德理念缺失、德行失范等狀況,指出在多元文化背景下提高青少年德育實效的現(xiàn)實意義和緊迫性;第三部分先明確提高德育實效性應遵循的幾大原則,再提出具體對策:挖掘傳統(tǒng)德育精華并將其與時代性融合,借鑒亞洲幾個國家在多元文化背景下提高青少年德育實效性的成功做法,基于構建大德育的理念,把德育建設視為一項系統(tǒng)的社會工程,號召全民參與。
[Abstract]:At present, the low ideological and moral quality of young people continue to push the effectiveness of moral education to the forefront of public opinion. This paper attempts to explore the effectiveness of moral education of young people from a cultural perspective. On the one hand. Aiming at the situation that the actual effect of moral education of young people in our country continues to be low, this paper systematically points out the main body of the environment inside and outside the school that restricts the actual effect. On the other hand, several countermeasures are put forward to construct a new content system of moral education, so that the effectiveness of moral education can be improved under the background of multiculturalism. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part introduces the meaning and characteristics of moral education of young people, defines the concept of effectiveness of moral education of young people and judges the main body, to the society. The influence of family and school on the effectiveness of adolescent moral education is demonstrated. The second part defines the culture, the meaning of multiculturalism, analyzes the background, causes and characteristics of the formation of multiculturalism, from the advantages and disadvantages of the impact of multicultural on the effectiveness of young people. This paper focuses on the analysis of the diversity of moral standards of young people due to the multicultural conflict, the absence of traditional moral concepts, and the loss of moral standards. It points out the practical significance and urgency of improving the effectiveness of moral education of young people under the background of multiculturalism. The third part of the first clear to improve the effectiveness of moral education should follow several principles, and then put forward specific countermeasures: mining the essence of traditional moral education and fusion with the times. Based on the idea of constructing moral education, moral education construction is regarded as a systematic social project, and the whole nation is called on to participate in it, drawing lessons from the successful practice of improving the effectiveness of moral education of young people in Asia under the background of multiculturalism.
