文章摘要:所謂"數(shù)字廢墟"現(xiàn)象,是指網(wǎng)絡教育資源建設(shè)存在的資源利用率低、使用效果不佳的狀況。目前我國網(wǎng)絡資源建設(shè)的模式,既無計劃,也不了解市場的真正需求。地區(qū)和學校條塊分割、各自為政,導致資源分布極不合理,低水平重復建設(shè)現(xiàn)象十分嚴重。從教育本身來說,網(wǎng)絡教育資源利用率低的深層原因,一是我國大部分教學仍然采取傳統(tǒng)的教學模式,這種教學模式不需要學生過多地使用網(wǎng)絡和數(shù)字資源;二是網(wǎng)絡信息太多且信息更新快,導致學生興趣和注意力的快速轉(zhuǎn)移。因此,需要國家和省一級教育部門進行頂層設(shè)計,圍繞核心性課程,建設(shè)少而精的配套教育資源。網(wǎng)絡時代應大力建設(shè)適合網(wǎng)絡尤其是手機播放的微課或微視頻,建設(shè)適合個性化個別化教學需求的教學資源,構(gòu)建個性化知識體系。
Abstr:The so-called "digital ruins", refers to the low efficiency and poor effect of the utilization of network education resources. The current network resources construction model used in China is unplanned, being unaware of the real needs of the market. Districts and schools, act independently in network resources construction, which leads to the unreasonable distribution and low-level redundant construction of resources. As for the education itself, there are several factors behind the low efficiency of the utilization of network education resources. Firstly, the traditional teaching mode adopted in our country, does not require students to use the network and digital resources too much; secondly, too much information and its fast updates in the network, causes the rapid transfer of students" interest and attention. Therefore, the national and provincial education sectors need to design from the macro level for the network education resources construction. And around the core curriculum, the supporting education resources should be built, adhering to the principle of fewer but better. Particularly in the Network Age, the micro lessons or micro video, suitable for the network especially mobile phones, should be encouraged to build; and the teaching resources for personalized individual learning should be constructed to establish a personalized knowledge system.
