英國(guó)擁有較為悠久的體育歷史以及開(kāi)展體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的傳統(tǒng)。作為現(xiàn)代足球的發(fā)源地,英國(guó)足球發(fā)展較好、水平較高、專業(yè)化與商業(yè)化程度都處于世界前列。其中,英格蘭足球是英國(guó)體育以及足球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的代表。英格蘭國(guó)家足球代表隊(duì)以“三獅軍團(tuán)”自稱,在眾多世界大賽上創(chuàng)下不俗戰(zhàn)績(jī),更以贏得1966年世界杯足球賽為標(biāo)志成為世界足球強(qiáng)隊(duì)之一。此外,英格蘭足球超級(jí)聯(lián)賽作為英格蘭本土最高級(jí)別足球賽事因其精彩激烈的賽事、成功的商業(yè)化推廣和世界級(jí)球星的加盟吸引了成千上萬(wàn)的足球愛(ài)好者,成為全世界最成功的足球聯(lián)賽之一。從文化理念上看,足球是英國(guó)國(guó)家形象和國(guó)民精神的重要組成部分,在新工黨和卡梅倫政府時(shí)期,足球運(yùn)動(dòng)得到大力支持和進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,成為增強(qiáng)國(guó)家政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)與影響力的重要組成部分。而加強(qiáng)青少年球員的培養(yǎng),是保持其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要原因和舉措之一。英格蘭足球持續(xù)多年的成功與其自身青少年足球的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)和大力發(fā)展密不可分。探究英格蘭足球青少年培養(yǎng)及相關(guān)政策支持具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,有利于幫助廣大足球愛(ài)好者更加了解英國(guó)足球,更有助于其他國(guó)家在青少年足球培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展方面借鑒英格蘭足球的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而提高其足球運(yùn)動(dòng)整體水平。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)...
